I contacted Perkins Motors through their webpage for a price quote on a new 2012 Dodge Challenger. After the price quote, I was contacted by Keith Brooks, who is the salesman that conducted the sales process. I grew up in a Chrysler Plymouth Dodge dealership, which was owned by my family but was sold 8 years ago in another state. I know the insider details of new car sales and I do not tolerate pressure or sales games & gimmicks very well, so I was hoping for a knowledgeable, straightforward salesman with good social skills. Keith Brooks was all of that and much more than I expected! Since I knew pretty much what I wanted, Keith explained the benefits of many features that I did not know about. In addition, Keith was open in talking about his background and experiences, which really helped me determine that he knew his products, and had good sales skills without pressuring, or putting me on the spot. Keith also listened to my needs and concerns and met everyone of them, with regard to the vehicle that I wanted; he was very cooperative! I have in contact with many car salesmen over the years, and Keith Brooks is among the best I have ever met. I recommend him highly! P.S. I ended up with a car that another dealer had 40 miles away, and Keith worked with his manager to get the car for me, at a fair price. The car was transferred to Perkins Motors in a matter of a couple hours for completion of my purchase. Not many dealerships will do that at all, let alone on short notice. Most dealership would rather sell their existing inventory, but Keith and his manger made it happen in less than a day! More

In December my husband and I came in to purchase a used vehicle for my son. My son had been hit by a drunk driver and the accident totaled his other vehicle. We wanted something safe, reliable and decent in snow but within what we could afford. They had a great selection of used cars and we found the one he was interested in on their website. We got a great deal on the car and within our budget and they showed us the inspection report on the vehicle. They made sure any issues found on inspection were taken care of before we drove it home. Within a few weeks we had problems with the coolant light and coolant levels going down. Perkins not only addressed this concern right away but had it fixed at their expense! Most dealerships feel when you buy a used car and drive off their lot, you get what you get. Not Perkins! Mark Hopkins got right on the issue and arranged to have the vehicle in for service. You always worry you are taking a risk when you buy a used car but not if you buy it from Perkins. We won't hesitate to buy there again. It is so refreshing to find a dealership who has such great customer service and really cares about their customers even after you drive the vehicle off their lot. Thank you again! We were getting ready to purchase a 2013 VW Jetta from another dealership when we decided to stop in and see what Perkins had to offer. We met Ron in the parking lot and he just struck us as an honest an another dealership when we decided to stop in and see what Perkins had to offer. We met Ron in the parking lot and he just struck us as an honest and friendly person. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us to find a vehicle we loved (unlike other sales reps we had worked with who were more interested in the payment we wanted). We did go test drive the Jetta again and were so unimpressed with the lack of customer service, that we immediately called Ron and set up an appointment to come back and meet with him. The experience was seamless and we left that afternoon with a beautiful 2013 Dodge. So glad we met Ron and that he was able to help us in this decision. PS.... thanks for taking care of your military buyers!!!!! More

Everyone that I had contact with (sales, finance, parts retail) were fantastic! Even though I took up hours of Mike's time, he never became annoyed at the multiple vehicles that I drove. Perkins Motors was represented with phenomenal sales expertise by salesman Ernie Lucero as he greeted us with a friendly, "no pressure" approach on the car lot. Ernie was knowledgeable of the vast majority of vehicles, not hesitating to say if he was unsure of a particular feature. It was obvious his goal was to make us satisfied customers, not just make a sale. He worked within OUR budget, showing us what was available in OUR price point---not his. He went above and beyond in keeping in touch with us over the next couple of days, answering our questions, and once we chose our car, he continued to maintain the high level of service until almost 10 at night as we finished up late with the financing department. And, he had a 45 min drive home, having to return the next day at 8 am. He is a compliment to, and great representation of what Perkins Motors has to offer---friendly/professional sales staff, huge inventory to choose from (offering to locate the vehicle of our choice should it not be on THEIR lot), with an attractive/comfortable facility, all conveniently located. Plus, we were informed, from the beginning, about the factory incentives for the specific cars on the lot, allowing us to purchase much more of a vehicle than we thought we could afford, for the same, if not less, price than we'd originally hoped. And, the sale was complete with the financing department which worked hard, past 10 pm, crunching the numbers to give us the best financing, an even better deal than originally quoted. In summary, Perkins Motors will always have our business! More
