Bill was highly recommended to me by a respected friend of mine. He called me promptly and asked me questions that helped him with my search for a vehicle for my husband and I. He kept in touch with me f of mine. He called me promptly and asked me questions that helped him with my search for a vehicle for my husband and I. He kept in touch with me for the next few days as we narrowed the search for the specifics for my husbands truck, I then went in and he showed me the trucks with our specifics in mind and we were in the next day and my husband saw the first one and decided on it right away. In the mean time I had already given him the specifics on the jeep I was looking for. The night before he had requested some things from my husband and I, so when we came in the next day, he had already had the financing approved for the vehicles we were interested in. All we were waiting for was my husband's approval, and we drove away with our chosen vehicles that day. Bill made our experience buying a vehicle the most pleasant I have ever had. There was never any hasseling or constant phone calls. Not once did he try to push me into just picking "anything" for my husbands truck, just for a sale. I could go on and on, but I will keep it short. The only thing that could've been better is if Bill had paid for them himself. LOL. Awesome job Bill, we will recommed you and your dealership to any of our friends and family looking for a vehicle. Over promised and under delivered. Drove 3 hours due to snow and was told that Gary incorrectly put my information in and my trade was worth $1500 less than I was quoted. Was told that frank would have my snow and was told that Gary incorrectly put my information in and my trade was worth $1500 less than I was quoted. Was told that frank would have my information submitted over by 4. By 7 he still had not done it. Overall terrible experience. More

Buying this car was very easy. With the help of the website we were able to find what we were looking for right away. The car was delivered to our house and we did the paperwork at home.
