I like Dodge so the first cars we looked at was the Journey because my wife wanted something with a hatch back, the first person to approch us was Mike Ryan, and after he showed us what Perkins had to offer with the Journey he explained to us how the Perkins family ran their dealership with their employee's and customers, they treat everyone like they were family. After purchasing our Dodge Journey from Perkins Dodge we feel that Mike was very honest with us and very helpful, infact that first day after we worked with Mike my wife said if we do buy a car from Perkins Dodge she would only buy it from Mike Ryan. plus Dan in the finance Dept was very helpful, helping us with the financing and getting the extra packages we needed to give us a peace of mind with our new Dodge Journey. Bill seemed totally down to earth and very trustworthy. My husband and I felt that these were important qualities in dealing with a company in which an extremely large purchase was about to be made. Bill went out of his way in answering our questions and also getting the paperwork done quickly. Another important quality of both salesmen was that they did not apply pressure to us and make us feel like we had to make the decision immediately without really thinking about it. I recently purchased a Dodge Dart from Bill Ward and I love it. I originally went in to Perkins to see if I would be able to get a used car in the near future. Over Memorial Day my husband and I went to Perkins looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee (used). This was going to be our second purchase with Perkins. Our first experience, last year, was great!! He made sure we were treated well. This time we worked with Bill Ward. He was great as well!! Bill answered all of my questions and spent a great deal of time with us. I had to return later in the day to pick up my new (new to me) Jeep. Bill was with other customers, so I was able to work with Steve again. Steve sat with me and chatted while the paperwork was being done up. I would HIGHLY recommend buying at Perkins and working with either one of these two salesmen. They weren't pushy or rude.
