The first guy we meet is Scott Matela, so decide on a vehicle to check out one the lot, find the right one and take it out for a test ride. I am very impressed with the quality and the ride of the vehicle. This experience of buying a new truck was very easy to accomplishe Scott. worked quickly and effeciently to make this deal happen very smoothly. He was clear and consice with the process, straight forward throught out the entire process. Having my 5 year old grandson with us during the process was remarkable, he was so patient and well behaved-awesome guy Tristan. Scott, is a true professional and truly cares about his customers. My husband and I recently decided to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. On Saturday, we saw the "perfect" 10th Anniversary Rubicon online at Perkins and drove over to see it in person. Since this Jeep was destin Wrangler. On Saturday, we saw the "perfect" 10th Anniversary Rubicon online at Perkins and drove over to see it in person. Since this Jeep was destined to my mountain car, as a woman I was a little nervous about the sales experience. Well, I'm happy to report Simon Allen exceeded our collective expectations. (I'll admit, having owned a Lexus and currently owning a BMW, the sales and service bar is rather high.) Simon addressed my concerns and questions directly, showed ME how to do things and never assumed my husband "would be taking care of it." He was extremely knowledge about the car and if we had a question he couldn't answer he went to the "expert" and got us the information in a few minutes. He was never pushy or condescending and treated his female Jeep customer with genuine respect, which my husband and I truly appreciate. The car was awesome, the test drive was great and Simon made us feel so comfortable about my choice, I wanted to drive it off the lot. Since it was close to the end of the day, we were sure we would have to come back for the financing. But, Simon and Tony made it happen! Tony arranged the financing package we were looking for and the warranty that worked best for us. Tony was extremely careful with paper work and insisted we take our time looking it over. Everyone stayed past closing to get done. Simon and Tony are a great team. We look forward to seeing everyone when we bring the Jeep back in for the winch install. PS- We had a great time with the Jeep on Sunday and got a nice follow up call from Simon the following Monday. More
Watch out they do not stand behind the cars they sell and will over charge for services after they sold you the car. They simply do not care about the customer.
