Steve is always willing to do everything he can to help us get into the cars that we want and is very good at being customer-centric and focusing on making sure that we are satisfied with our purchases. He has stayed late for us every time we have come in to be sure that we are given exceptional service. We were very pleased with our purchase of a pre-owned 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 and look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Steve and Perkins. We have lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years and have purchased cars from at least 3 or 4 other dealerships in town. None of them have impressed us overall as much as Perkins and we will not be buying cars from any other dealership going forward. More

Initial contact was made because I found a vehicle that met my requirements on the internet with a reasonable price at this dealership (Perkins Motors) and they were located near a city that I had to trave met my requirements on the internet with a reasonable price at this dealership (Perkins Motors) and they were located near a city that I had to travel to on business anyway. Initial contact was with Laura. She was very helpful. Answered all of my questions very professionally and actually went out and looked at the vehicle to get some additional information that I needed. Ben was the first person I saw when I visited the dealership on Monday morning. He looked and acted very professional. Showed me the vehicle and answered all of my additional questions. Offered a test drive right away, but I declined. I have owned several Jeep Grand Cherokees and am familiar with the vehicles quality. He inspected my 2002 Jeep in detail and asked the Sales Manager to make me an offer. I declined the trade-in offer and made a cash offer. We arrived at a fair deal on the vehicle. Now I have to get two Jeep Grand Cherokees home (Ruidoso, NM). Ben was very helpful getting me connected with U-haul. Sean was very thorough, informative and professional in completing the mountains of paper work that are required to transfer vehicle titles. Overall, this was a very satisfactory car buying experience. Very nice people to do business with. More
Had a 2012 jeep towed to dealership for a clutch issue jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is wha jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is what I said and would not honor it under warranty I had a certified mechanic look at it and he determined that fluid from hydraulic clutch had caused the clutch to prematurely go out and lo and behold jeep still would not honor the warranty so in out a grand to fix it Ryan the service asst manager has a serious attitude problem, I would not recommend this dealership to any one there service sucks and they are lazy and do not honor the warranty issued by jeep. More

He was able to get us a great price on a 2012 Nissan Versa - the lowest price we could find anywhere in Colorado Springs. My husband and I went to Perkins Motor to have our 5 yr Drive Train Warranty inspection. While there, we looked at the cars and SUV's on the display floor. One caught my eye,.. a Jeep Compass and we asked for Scott Matela as he had sold us the vehicles we had brought in. Even though he was swamped with his customers he squeezed us in and explained the vehicle's features and set it up to have the vehicle removed from the display floor for us to take us on a test drive. As a mini van owner - 3 mini vans over 29 years, I had finally found the vehicle that made me want to make the switch and be liberated from the "mini van soccer mom syndrome." My children are 29 and 32 and all these years still favored my mini van. I had looked at a few other Dodge/Jeep vehicles about 9 months ago, but this one was perfect. Not a big SUV that I would have to step up into, not a sedan that I would have to bend down into. The seat was the perfect height. Loved the color - Winter Chill and the 4 wheel drive.I already knew that Dodge vehicles have great engines and we were impressed with the sleekness under the hood of all the components. Of course it had many "loaded" options that Scott took the time to explain. When I decide we wanted to go forward, he received a trade in quote for my mini van. I would have liked a better trade in amount but I still wanted this 2014 vehicle. From there Scott started all the paperwork. Randy, your financial adviser took care of all the loan papers. Scott gave us Perkins bags to empty our vehicle and we were on our way. Being nervous about some of the features, Scott entered the passenger side and walked me through most of the features of the vehicle. I drove away as a new Jeep Compass owner. I was ecstatic! We appreciate Scott Matela for making the sale an easy process. To sum it up, Scott Matela was courteous, informative, knowleadgeable and professional and we would recommend him to anyone interested in a new car purchase. More
