The Employees we worked with during this visit were beyond friendly and were not your typical car salesmen, Not one person was pushy or trying to talk us into anything. We started with a quick on-line "request quote". We were contacted within 5 minutes by Patty Padilla. We were really just "fishing" as we were basically on our way to Ford to purchase a 2014 quote". So the quick response really made us decide to swing by Perkins to check the Jeep out for comparison. Dave met us straight away and within a few minutes we were already test driving the car we inquired about. While on the drive, we searched other inventory to see if there was a model more in line with my wife's wants. We returned, and within minutes, the second Jeep was ready to drive. Dave worked the numbers and by the time we were back, we were ready to experience the pain of negotiation. No worries as we were given a reasonable deal. Off to financing and in less than 2 hours we were out the door with a new Jeep over the Ford we were minutes from purchasing. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, as well as the competing model. He made a great argument about why the Jeep was the right choice. He was not pushy which showed his confidence in his product. Extremely friendly throughout as well. The only bad part of my experience was making an appointment and then having to be one of three the salesman was working with. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, they quickly were able to locate and transfer a vehicle that had everything I wanted and was able to get a great rate. I started the whole process dealing with Frank and then moved to Rick. Both were very patient with me in answering my questions during my long 6 month search for the perfect wrangler. As it turned out that was a new one from somewhere else. I thought there was a problem with what I had ordered and Perkins was willing to work with me to make me happy. As it turned out I was actually happier the way it was before and they didn't have to do anything to make me happy. It is great to know that they were willing to work with me after the sale though.
