I say he saved the sale because there was an unfriendly man that I think was a sales manager who sits in the "fishbowl" when you enter the store. He seemed to be ordering people around and using the PA system. He never introduced himself even when I tried to converse with him. Brian is the reason we bought this car. He went above and beyond, even bringing us a box of cookies when we said we were hungry. More

Unlike with other dealerships I've dealt with, at no time did I feel like they were just shuffling me through to make a quota. Nor did they push a vehicle on me that I didn't want or didn't meet my requirements. In the end, I ended up ordering my vehicle. When it arrived, the process to close was quick and painless and, when it came time to review the "add-ons" during financing, there were no pressure sales tactics. No meant no. They said ok, and we moved on quickly. The price we had agreed upon was the price out the door. Very good care buying experience! More
