We'll never go to another dealer again We came in late on Friday night and they were more than willing to let us test drive a couple of cars. When we came back the next day they were super We came in late on Friday night and they were more than willing to let us test drive a couple of cars. When we came back the next day they were super busy but they still provided excellent service. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and everyone treated us respectfully. Our salesman, Chris Horton was knowledgeable, patient and a super great guy! The team they had wash and wipe down the vehile were polite and quick and it looked great. The whole process was so pleasant and I love my Grand Cherokee! More
Great Service! I recently moved to Colorado Springs and had been having problems with my Wrangler's radio. The problem was intermittent and difficult for the service I recently moved to Colorado Springs and had been having problems with my Wrangler's radio. The problem was intermittent and difficult for the service reps to actually hear the problem. I bought my Jeep in Reno, NV. They were going to fix it and were in the process but I moved to CO before the work could be done. I went to the other dealership in the Springs and those guys were making such a big deal about fixing it, even though it was under warranty. I was so angry they were giving me such a hard time and a runaround!! I finally went to Perkins, with an attitude! But immediately everyone I dealt with were very helpful! AND they actually set up an appointment for me to bring my jeep in to be fixed. No hassles! There were other issues with my jeep that I wasn't happy with. So, instead of getting rental car while my jeep was in for repair, I just bought a new jeep. The salesman that worked with me, Ron Booze, was so good!! Actually, the car dealers I worked with in Reno always left me with that "creepy car dealer feeling." And the other jeep dealers in the Springs, that I went to first, were just extremely horrible at customer service!! I'm so grateful I went to Perkins and I'm extremely grateful it was a positive experience! There's nothing worse than ugly confrontations when there's no reason for things to escalate to that point!!!! Thank you Perkins for treating me like a valued customer!!! More

We traveled from the western slope to Colorado Springs to Perkins Auto, met with Mike Ryan and went home with a new Chrysler Town and Country. Everyone was helpful and welcoming even to my little dog.. Well worth the trip over the mountain to buy a car from Perkins Auto. More

When I went back to purchase the car the next day, Aaron wasn't due in until later so he had another salesman, Chris, help me while he drove into work early to meet me. They gave me a pretty good trade in value for my car that was over the KBB value. They also got the car ready for me ahead of schedule and didn't care that my trade in started overheating with lights flashing on the way there. All in all a good experience. More
Phenomenal Experience I have a Jeep dealer 10 minutes from my house but drove across town to work with these guys. I was new to the Jeep world and had a million questions. Chris Horton and Aaron Jarvis were informative and patient. They took the time to allow me to come to my own conclusions and were NEVER HIGH PRESSURE! I made 3 separate trips to test drive and re-drive before making my decision. They had the answers I needed and found resources for me to study to familiarize myself with the Jeep of my choice. I felt like I was taken care of and guided rather than pressured. Thanks guys! More

Aaron and Randy kept our vacation going! We were just starting our vacation, when our vehicle was attacked by a wild Kansas Turkey (without provocation, I might add, LOL). Our insurance coul We were just starting our vacation, when our vehicle was attacked by a wild Kansas Turkey (without provocation, I might add, LOL). Our insurance could not get us a new windshield for a week! So we went with plan B! With the help of Aaron Jarvis, Sales Associate and Randy Lucas, Finance Manager, who stayed late to help us, we left the next morning with our new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with no loss of time to our vacation schedule. Thanks to Perkins Motors and these 2 gentleman ... and that wild Kansas Turkey, my wife has the Jeep Wrangler she has been wanting since the 1970's!!! And I'm a happy camper myself, LOL!!! More
Great salesmen Robert was nice and knowledgeable about what we needed and wanted for our growing family, our previous salesmen Jim had to take a personal day and Rob Robert was nice and knowledgeable about what we needed and wanted for our growing family, our previous salesmen Jim had to take a personal day and Robert jumped right in willing to make us happy. He didn't shove anything down our throats and we had a great experience with him. Bill the finance person was also very helpful and helped to get the price down as much as possible. Having only one form of income coming into the home they did whatever they could to get us the best price. We got exactly what we wanted with out being pushed into it, this will be a wonderful family car. Thank you Robert More
