Chris England made my car buying experience so easy! He listened to what I wanted and wasn't your average "pushy" salesman. He took the time to work with me to get me what I wanted and needed. The finance manager was also a great pleasure to work with, he was very thorough and made sure I understood what I was signing up for and didn't try to push me into getting something I didn't really need. I left the dealer with a big smile on my face and extremely satisfied with my service. I highly recommend Perkins Motors to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

This was our second time buying at Perkins and working with Brandon Boyd. We specifically sought him out because we had such a great experience when we bought my husband's Jeep in February. We told him we were coming and gave him the VIN numbers of two Renegade's we had found on the website. He had them both waiting for us when we got there and had printed up stat sheets on both so we could see the differences. We also had the pleasure to work with Randy Lucas again, who was who helped us find the right financing for my husband's Jeep as well. From start to finish the whole experience was smooth, quick, and painless. No pressure, no drama... just good old fashioned exceptional customer service and I came home with my dream Jeep. This is the way car buying always should be, and apparently always is at Perkins. Neither my husband nor myself had ever had a truly pleasant car buying experience until we encountered Perkins Motors and Brandon Boyd. A sincere thank you to both. We will never buy a car anywhere else, ever again! More

However,there is much room for improvement in the service dept,which I highly recommend avoiding.as stated in a previous review by another customer "How can the owners continue to read such horrendous reviews,and not make changes?" Randy Lucas should be ashamed that after claiming to understand my distress re a purchase of an expensive warranty that was not honored by the service dept, that he still tried to sell me a bogus warranty called "Gap coverage" that is full of disclaimers that can be used to deny coverage,and that adds interest to the claimed "total cost" as it is financed and charged interest for the length of the loan. It is charged in full at times of purchase,and not refundable. For the most part a worthless expenditure. READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY before signing anything at this dealership. More

Treated like family! I recently bought my first brand new car in far too long! To be honest, this is typically not a process I enjoy - I don't like being descended upon as I recently bought my first brand new car in far too long! To be honest, this is typically not a process I enjoy - I don't like being descended upon as soon as you pull into a lot and then "hounded" by a salesperson after leaving to consider your options. My experience with Ron Booze was the exact opposite! I enjoyed every moment while working with him. He is very patient and treated me like a member of his family. From the beginning I could tell he wanted me to be happy with my decision and ultimately happy with my purchase - whatever that was - even if I ended up choosing something outside of his dealership. This is how I operate my business and I believe it is the best way to keep loyal clients/customers. Ron did whatever it took to make sure I understood the choices I had. He was patient while I test drove multiple vehicles in multiple visits. Finally, he searched for just the right vehicle for me and arranged to have it delivered to this location so I could drive it and ultimately that's the one I bought! I love my 2016 Jeep Renegade in Solar Yellow! It fits my personality and lifestyle and I get compliments on it wherever I go! Thank you, Ron, for your personalized and caring attention. EXTREMELY Dissatisfied with Perkins Service Department EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Perkins Service Department. I recently took my Jeep into Perkins Service Department to have my passenger window fixed. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Perkins Service Department. I recently took my Jeep into Perkins Service Department to have my passenger window fixed. This was the sixth (6th) time that I have taken the Jeep in for this exact same problem. As of today, the window STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Starting about 9 months ago, the window would sometimes not roll down. Usually after a couple of days, the window would start going back up/down again. The first two times I took the Jeep in, they replaced the master power window switch. The third time they replaced the wiring harness in the door. The fourth visit they did nothing because they could not find a problem. Of course as soon as I got back to the house, the window STILL did not work. After the fourth visit, I got the Service Manager involved with the process. I thought that if I told him how frustrated and upset I was because Perkins did not seem to care about my problem, he would put some power behind the process and actually fix my Jeep. When I took the Jeep in the fifth time, Perkins “determined” that the problem was a wiring cable in the dash. I was told that it would take 2 days to fix the problem. Exactly 2 weeks later I picked up the Jeep. For the first couple of days the window worked fine. After that the window stopped working again! Once again I told Don the service manager how frustrated I was and how I felt that his service department did not make my problem a priority. He assured me that was not the case. For some reason, I took the Jeep to Perkins a 6th time. I figured the 6th time they would make me a priority. One of the first things that my service advisor told me when I arrived that day was that they were “about 1-day behind” and probably could not look at the Jeep until the afternoon. I told him that I could only give him two days to work with the Jeep. This time they could not find a problem with the window. They said the window motor seemed to be working fine. At the end of the second day I told my service advisor that I just wanted to pick up my Jeep. When I went to go get the Jeep, there was no paperwork and my service advisor told me that he would mail it to me the next day. I talked to the service manager and he said that he would make sure that the paperwork was mailed out to me the next day. After not receiving the paperwork for two weeks, I had to call Perkins customer service and ask for them to get the paperwork and send it to me. As I expected, the paperwork says pretty much nothing. I guess “nothing” is what Perkins did the SIXTH time to try and fix my Jeep! I’m writing this review about 2-weeks after my sixth visit. My window still does not work properly. I figured if I waited a little and I talked to customer service and the service manager, Perkins would go out of their way to try and fix my problem. I haven’t heard anything from Perkins in the last two weeks. Also, I had gotten Chrysler involved with my problem after my 4th visit. They assigned a case manager to try and “help” me get my problem solved. Just like Perkins, they seem to have written off my problem. I haven’t heard anything from Chrysler in the last couple of weeks. Overall: I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Perkins Service department. The only reason that I continued to use their service department is because I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Perkins. I am going to go and try to have my window fixed at another dealership in the future. Also, I really do not recommend buying Chrysler/Jeep products. Our last two cars had been Honda’s. I had very little problems with both of my Honda’s. I’m still driving a 10 year old Honda CRV with 100,000 miles. I’ve barely had any problems with the car. For future car purchases, we are going to go back to Honda. Honda builds quality products that lasts. Also, when you do have a problem, Honda make sures the problem gets fixed the first time. It does not take 6 times to NOT FIX a problem. More
