Great salesmanship.....poor service I just bought a 2016 jeep compass. The Internet sales team was very gracious in getting the car that I wanted, even promised to pair me with a great s I just bought a 2016 jeep compass. The Internet sales team was very gracious in getting the car that I wanted, even promised to pair me with a great sales person on the floor, have all financing and everything done so I could walk in, sign, and leave, promised to have the car detailed and the gas tank full. However, this was not the case when I came down to the dealership last night. We waited over an hour to have the sales person get his stuff together, the car was not detailed as promised, and the gas tank was still only half full. Now I'm a half full kind of person, but they lied to me. Probably cause I was a lowly customer who was purchasing a $17 000 car and not a $72,000 car. Either way I'm totally dissatisfied and probably won't come back. I've left a voice mail message and an email and have yet to hear how they're going to correct this. I was offered to come in on another day and have the car detailed and the gas tank filled, but I have a special needs child and I don't have time to come back down there. It should have been done right the first time. More

Our experience was amazing! Will recommend this dealership! We purchased our first dodge in 2000 without any issues. Later on we bought a nissan frontier with great disapointment. So thankful we stopped at Perkins!! We searched the internet for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and came up with a nice list of dealers to check out in the Colorado Springs area. Our 2nd stop (and also our LAST stop) was Perkins at Motor City Drive! Working with Mike Ryan was wonderful, he was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. I fell in love with a 2015 Laredo with low mileage and in great condition - and the rest is history! Randy Lucas in Finance helped us complete the deal - also very kind/friendly! We plan to drive this vehicle for many years - and we look forward to working with all the people at Perkins in the future! Great experience!! More
