Phil Long Ford Sucks and Perkins was Awesome The process was 10x better than my experience at Phil Long Ford. The process took about 1 hour 20 min total. When I had an issue with touch up paint, she made sure that I was taken care of. She's awesome! I don't know anyone at the moment but if I do I would send them to Perkins and have them see Tawaiian. Excellent Customer Service Aaron Jarvis was so on the ball! He had everything prepared for us, knowing we were on a time crunch, and everything ran very smoothly. And icing on Aaron Jarvis was so on the ball! He had everything prepared for us, knowing we were on a time crunch, and everything ran very smoothly. Jeep Renegade Went to the location, right after I landed in Colorado. Was talking to one of their Internet coordinator, Julie D., about the batman vs superman editi Went to the location, right after I landed in Colorado. Was talking to one of their Internet coordinator, Julie D., about the batman vs superman edition of the Jeep Renegade and was told that they would of to order one or have to wait for their new shipment to come in. Very excited that the batman vs superman edition just got there the day I landed. So it must of been destiny. My sale person was Tawaiian M.. She was great she helped me in anyway possible. She even brought the Jeep to my location due to me having a rental car and needed a second person to drive the car, which saved me on taxi/Uber. Julie Dude and Tawaiian were great and would go back in the future when I get my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I forgot who was my finances person but he was great, didn't push anything on me just show me what was available. Great experience overall. More

Service nightmare left me on foot I had to have my diesel truck top end rebuilt in April this year and Perkins left the oil tube off the rebuild so I could not check oil level. Two mo I had to have my diesel truck top end rebuilt in April this year and Perkins left the oil tube off the rebuild so I could not check oil level. Two more trips to get that fixed. I then had the tie rod and carrier bearings replaced which was poorly done, with a dent in the driver's side fender that Perkins did not tell me about. I found out later that the trailer connection wires were damaged during this repair so my left hand turn signal, brake lights and clearance lights did not work on my trailer. Yesterday I lost my drive shaft and transfer case because my June carrier bearing repair did not lubricate the drive shaft. I called Perkins and they refused to send a tow truck to get my vehicle back to their dealership so I am now waiting for parts to arrive so I can have someone else repair my truck at additional $3200 over the $5000 I paid in June for carrier bearing repair. Take your Dodge truck to someone else for repair as Perkins just cannot get the job done right and they do not need your business. More
