He didn't laugh at me or scoff at my appearance, he was strictly professional, he was funny, he quite simply gave me the faith that great customer service DOES exist in the Springs. If any of my friends ever find themselves in need of a new or used vehicle I will ONLY refer them to Aaron. Bill (finance manager) was also a delight. He provided every answer to every question and didn't sigh or act inconvenienced when I needed to understand some price breakdowns and he actually gave me some great objective opinions of what would save me money while providing greater bang for my buck.
