Our salesman was Dennis St. Laurent and he was kind, knowledgeable and did not press us to buy that very minute. He did not have to run back and forth to his sales manager with questions. He pulled up our deal on his computer and after a drive in the new car it was a pleasant experience. We wanted to wait until the next day before purchasing and Dennis did not object to that. I appreciated his patience and willingness to go over everything about the different options, some of it twice probably as it was a little overwhelming at times. Plus he stayed well after they closed when I bought the car to show me all the details of the car, help me register and just make sure the car was perfect and ready to be driven. Unexpected find My wife and I went to Perkins to look and possibly test drive a Ford explorer that she had found on Autotrader to replace my totaled escape. Gary saw My wife and I went to Perkins to look and possibly test drive a Ford explorer that she had found on Autotrader to replace my totaled escape. Gary saw us needing to carry our daughter and stroller up the stairs and he opened the door for us and promptly found the car we were looking for and brought it around warmed up (it was pretty cold out). Test drive was great, Gary was very knowledgeable of this vehicle even though they are a Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealer he knew a lot about the Ford. Gary was very professional and was very honest and straightforward with us. We ended up but the explorer and couldn't be happier! More
