My entire Perillo experience was great because of two words: Ken Reffsin. This guy is AMAZING. He is the BEST sales rep EVER! He goes above and beyond in every aspect. He has consistently given me the BEST prices of ANY other dealer. He really CARES about his customers and maintains an excellent relationship because of great follow-up and attention to detail. If you want to buy or lease a BMW and sleep peacefully at night - buy your car from Ken Reffsin at Perillo BMW. While Ken is in SALES he is ALWAYS there for his customers and will interact with the Service Dept. if necessary to assist his customer every step along the way. 5 Stars for KEN REFFSIN. My husband and I traveled from Indianapolis to Chicago, a three hour trip, to purchase a used BMW that was listed on the website. We spoke with a salesman who told us the car was there, how much they would three hour trip, to purchase a used BMW that was listed on the website. We spoke with a salesman who told us the car was there, how much they would accept in payment, so we went with a cashiers check for that amount. We called the salesman three times on our way there, to keep him informed of our arrival. When we got there, he had a completely different car out for us to look at, after my husband had gone through all the info to confirm the car we wanted both the day before, and that morning before we left. We were told that car sold two hours before we got there, so sorry, but we have more cars to choose from. The manager told us they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. The salesman could have tagged this car, given the sales office a heads up that we were coming, and to let him know if the car sold. He then could have called us, he had our phone number, and told us not to come. We felt there was a "bait and switch", the car wasn't there, but they wanted us in there to purchase something else. We left there, went to Mercedes in Hoffman Estates, and purchased a Mercedes. We would never return to Perillo. More

It was worth the trip from Bloomingdale to Chicago to purchase the car. After shopping Elmhurst, Schaumburg, and Naperville, we found that over the phone the deal would be better and worth the drive out. And yes you pay taxes where you live, that was key. Very very rude. Never go to this dealer!!!! She told me that my car was not worth anything because it was not a BMW and offered me $10,000 for it. My brake pad sensor light went on so I took it in for service. Every time I go in it's a differnt story from xxxx. This time would be no exception. On top of the brake pad job they performed a catagory 2 service. Every time I go in it's a differnt story from xxxx. This time would be no exception. On top of the brake pad job they performed a catagory 2 checkup which I approved but was unclear to me that it would be an extra 1200 dollars on top of the already 780 dollars for the brakes. On top of that I was just in there for an oil change 2 months earlier, and told them not to change the oil. They did any way and forgot to screw the cap on the oil cannister and all the oil leak in my alley and on my garage floor. After filling the car back up with oil I took it back in and made them check the car out document that there wasn't any engine damage to the car and reimbures me for the oil I put in and pay for my next oil change. I also made them change the work order to read it wasa major oil leak noyt a minor leak as they indicated. At $155 per hour. Never again. Turns out a women in my office was having issues the same day I was in. They only survive because of location. Get another dealer in the area and they would be changing their tune. Tracy More
I had to bring my new BMW 3 series back to Perillo for Airbag & Steering faults 4 times and both problems still exist. The last time Perillo had the car for 3 days and came back on the last day saying pa Airbag & Steering faults 4 times and both problems still exist. The last time Perillo had the car for 3 days and came back on the last day saying part on backorder. They are a disgrace and repeatedly lied about resolving the cars problems. Not once did they offer a spare car. they lied about software, alignment and the work supposedly undertaken. Avoid these bandits AT ALL COSTS More
