It's was Memorial Day and wanted to buy a car. I had promised my niece the car I was currently driving. I went to purchase the Audi Q5 from the dealership just across the street from Perillo BMW but the promised my niece the car I was currently driving. I promptly left after I witnessed the sales person speak with someone else even offer his business card. I walked into Perillo BMW and right away I was greeted with a smile and an immediate offer to get someone to assist me. Up walked Peter Mers his smile was bright and welcoming as he extended his hand to greet me. It didn't seem to matter to him that I wore a T Shirt and Jeans. He took his time as I toured the showroom and viewed the inventory. He was kind enough to even show me the website to assist in my search. Needless to say I became the owner of a Beautiful 2011 BMW 528I with low mileage (a plus). This sale was completed in less than 2hrs. Because of Mr. Peter Mers and his treatment of me. I have become a loyal customer and will own a BMW for the rest of my life. Oh and that niece I was talking about earlier as soon as her driving improves she will also be presented with a BMW. I would like to truly commend Michael Hall of Perillo BMW for making my X1 purchase experience one of a kind. Without any hesitation (unfortunately, I couldn't say that for the other salespeople who barely even glanced in our direction), Michael took us up the elevators, gave us a tour of the X1 and X3 models, and provided us with helpful information. Perillo BMW was the first stop of many and I had no choice to return and give Michael my business. He was always very responsive and professional, followed up in a friendly manner, and truly partnered with me during the purchase process. As a Canadian customer shopping for a car in the States, a lot of my efforts and responses from other dealers where less then pleasant. I was looking for a specific model and found one at Perillo BMW in Chicago. My first phone car got answer by Mr. Hall who was more then ready to help me with the sale. Michael sent me all the information on the vehicle and confirmed everything by e-mail. Since I am from Montreal Canada, Michael arranged all the paper work to get to me the next day. I took the plane on Saturday morning and Michael was waiting for me at the dealership, the car was perfect, as Michael told me. We took a test drive around town (very nice city btw) and Michael explained all the specs, connected my phone and address book to the car and an hour latter I was on my way. Border crossing was a charm as Michael gave me all paperwork. A couple of days after my trip back, my 5 year old daughter noticed that the headrest tv's where not working. I gave Michael a call and he arranged to have them fixed in Montreal. As I change my cars every year or so, you can say i have a lot experience with salesman and in most cases not finishing on a pleasant note. I have to say that the service I received from the Perillo staff (filled my tank and had the car spotless for my trip) especially from Michael was a fantastic experience. I know that Chicago to Montreal is a nice long drive back, but if in the future a vehicle I like is sold at Perillo, you can be certain that I would call Michael without hesitating and take the first plane there. There were some specific and practical reasons we chose the competition, but these had nothing to do with Perillo or Michael Hall.
