My wife and I were looking to get rid of my old vehicle and upgrade to an X3. While my wife had purchased two other BMWs from Perillo this was my first time. Actually, my first time buying a car from a dea and upgrade to an X3. While my wife had purchased two other BMWs from Perillo this was my first time. Actually, my first time buying a car from a dealership, period. While we were once Chicago residents we have since moved out of state but still wanted to do business with Perillo. We began our shopping online and then expressed interest over the phone with one of the Sales members. They quickly got us our financing and negotiated a good deal which included a trade-in on my old vehicle. We made the 5 hour drive on Memeorial Day morning to Perillo to pick up our vehicle. Do to an emergency our sales guy was gone on that day but we were lucky enough to have Vanessa Carr available to help us. After going over the deal we negotiated over the phone Vanessa pointed out another vehicle in their inventory that was an overall better purchase. She did this in a very professional way and we did not feel as though she was trying to "up sell" us. In the end we drove away with a CPO X3 still under warranty and 3 years newer than the one we came out to buy all within the budget we had set for ourselves. The experience I had proves to me why my wife was adamant on purchasing from Perillo and Vanessa Carr only sweetened the deal. We will certainly be back when it come time to retire her BMW.
