Perillo BMW had a car advertised that we wanted to buy. We called and spoke with Peter Mers. Mahmoud Parsa was friendly and helpful in our purchase of a used BMW 535ix. All of our questions were answered online and by phone. We only visited the dealership once to pick up the car. I think any car dealership experience largely depends on the single point of contact you have: the sales associate or the service adviser. Frank was extremely down to earth, honest, patient and intelligent. No BS or upselling. He came to meet me on his off-day, and converted me from a MB fan to a Bimmer. Just out of college for two years, I was probably one of the poorer clients of Frank, and only interested in the 3 series, but no pretentiousness or impatience from him at all! He's the most friendly and down-to-earth car salesman I've ever dealt with. Pricing is very competitive (do your price discovery beforehand!), no pressure sale. Very little back-and-forth negotiations with the sales manager to reach a mutually agreed price. No hidden cost. Finance lady was very efficient, too. No pressure sale when I declined extra protection plans and insurance. Took me probably ten minutes to finish all the paperwork. Great smooth experience. Even though the service department seems to get bad reviews, I think I'll still give it a shot, since Frank should be able to find me a good service advisor, and he also offered to secure loaner cars if I come in for service. Will definitely buy from Frank again if I need a BMW in the future. More

Franks name was being mentioned a lot, so I sent an email off to him, asking if the car was still available. He quickly responded with a yes and a day later I drove down to meet Frank and take a look. Soon after, we were talking pricing and came up with a fair deal in which we were both happy. All said, I was only there for a few hours. Frank also instructed me on the operation of all controls, paired my iPhone and setup my SiriusXM. More

I had an absolutely wonderful and fantastic experience purchasing a car from Perillo BMW. I just took delivery of a brand new 2013 Alpine White M3, one of the last naturally aspirated V-8 M3's to ever be purchasing a car from Perillo BMW. I just took delivery of a brand new 2013 Alpine White M3, one of the last naturally aspirated V-8 M3's to ever be made. Originally, I had walked in off the street since I was in the preliminary stages of purchasing a car and I wanted to compare the Audi's (who's dealership was across the street) with the BMW. Initially, I was shopping for a sports sedan so I was comparing a 2013 BMW 335ix to Audi's A4/S4. Frank assisted from me since day one and took the time to show me their inventory and emailed me all the information I had asked for while we were there. Fast forward a couple months, and I came to the conclusion that I wanted to purchase/lease and 2013 M3. The only problem was that it was now May 2013 and BMW was set to end production within two months. Finding an allocation (and not get price gouged for it) proved to be quite difficult. Even though Perillo had no allocations left, Frank and his finance manager was able to to secure me an allocation so that I could order my car to MY specifications. Working with Frank was quite flawless and he was able to attend to all my questions and concerns. With Frank's help, I was able to secure an allocation for a new M3 to be built specifically for me, he was able to take advantage of a $1500 BMW incentive, and he assisted with my trade-in and financing. All of this was handled via email and was quite seamless, I really only had to go into the dealer in person when I wanted to see something in person. When it was time to take delivery, Frank pretty much gave me as much up-to-date information as possible. I was even able to take delivery the day the car arrived at the dealer. Delivery date was pretty much as close to "sign then drive" as you can get. Other than a little wait (since there was only one finance manager on duty at the time). Delivery was smooth and everything that was arranged via email was as is when it came time to signing....no games, no gimmicks, no funny business. As far as the purchasing process is concerned, I can't give a higher recommendation for Frank Billman. Without his assistance, I wouldn't have the car of my dreams. More

My wife and I were looking to get rid of my old vehicle and upgrade to an X3. While my wife had purchased two other BMWs from Perillo this was my first time. Actually, my first time buying a car from a dealership, period. While we were once Chicago residents we have since moved out of state but still wanted to do business with Perillo. We began our shopping online and then expressed interest over the phone with one of the Sales members. They quickly got us our financing and negotiated a good deal which included a trade-in on my old vehicle. We made the 5 hour drive on Memeorial Day morning to Perillo to pick up our vehicle. Do to an emergency our sales guy was gone on that day but we were lucky enough to have Vanessa Carr available to help us. After going over the deal we negotiated over the phone Vanessa pointed out another vehicle in their inventory that was an overall better purchase. She did this in a very professional way and we did not feel as though she was trying to "up sell" us. In the end we drove away with a CPO X3 still under warranty and 3 years newer than the one we came out to buy all within the budget we had set for ourselves. The experience I had proves to me why my wife was adamant on purchasing from Perillo and Vanessa Carr only sweetened the deal. We will certainly be back when it come time to retire her BMW.
