I have an 07 BMW that has been very problematic but these service people and this service department are awesome. They have treated me beyond my expectations. My car has spent about 5 weeks in your shop in service people and this service department are awesome. They have treated me beyond my expectations. A loaner car and going to BMW for considerations each time has built such a trust in BMW service that I am looking for another BMW, something one might not do after a gambit of product failures. After being quoted about a week for repair, I did not get it back for a month. My car had snow on it when it was returned. ("We can top it off" .Promisewd car at !pm, went in at 4 to retrieve and not ready Waited 15-20 minutes for my car to be brought down from the roof even though I called in prior to picking up. The body work that was done was excellent. More

It has been a tradition of mine to go car shopping with my mom and help her find that perfect car for the right price. As an officer in the Air Force, my word is my bond and I make sure that I always follow through, so I was especially impressed that Peter followed through on everything he said he would. Nothing was more frustrating than to have to pull teeth to get a salesmen to call you back or establish communication especially from a BMW dealership, or to wait patiently for a promised phone call, not Peter. From the moment I talked to him over the phone I knew we were in good hands. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he'd find out. He would also text or call letting you know if anything has changed of if he had any updates, never once did I wonder about any step of this car buying experience because he was PROACTIVE!. This is the first time that either my mom or myself have ever come across a salesman that covered all bases and then some.
