Andy, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding with your tires. Run flat tires do have a policy from BMW stating that it's recommended to replace run flat tires but that was not your case. We would still recommend replacing the tire but a repair could suffice depending on the situation. We deeply care about our customer satisfaction and never want a customer to leave feeling mistreated or dissatisfied.
