Albin when above and beyond the scope of the job to unsure my flat tired was fixes on time and appropriately priced given that run-flats are some of the most expensive tires. It has been a tradition of mine to go car shopping with my mom and help her find that perfect car for the right price. She is on her third BMW and I doubt she will ever do any different especially after de my mom and help her find that perfect car for the right price. As an officer in the Air Force, my word is my bond and I make sure that I always follow through, so I was especially impressed that Peter followed through on everything he said he would. Nothing was more frustrating than to have to pull teeth to get a salesmen to call you back or establish communication especially from a BMW dealership, or to wait patiently for a promised phone call, not Peter. From the moment I talked to him over the phone I knew we were in good hands. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he'd find out. He would also text or call letting you know if anything has changed of if he had any updates, never once did I wonder about any step of this car buying experience because he was PROACTIVE!. This is the first time that either my mom or myself have ever come across a salesman that covered all bases and then some. He set the bar high and has set the gold standard for all BMW salesmen/saleswoman to follow. This was the best car buying experience ever! Brad and Frances More

Alex was very professional. He took me in and set up my service schedule. He treated me as if I was very important. He called me thereafter to give me updates on my vehicle as I did not have an appointme service schedule. He treated me as if I was very important. I hit a Chicago pothole and blew my tire. After changing the tire, I called Perillo to get it changed. They had the tire in stock and were able to accommodate me in 48 hours. Here's what they do really well: 1) they are respectful to customers 2) they understand that time matters and people have difficult schedules; consequently the staff work to find ways to accommodate customer needs concerning loaner/rental cars 3) they communicate with the customer - you always know what's happening with your vehicle (problems, recommendations and cost, timeline for completion) 4) one person oversees your vehicle from start to finish - you have a direct contact for the person responsible for your vehicle Thanks! Peter could not have been more helpful with r "stress-free"transaction. Alex my financial person to Holly and the other lovely woman in middle section on the the floor in show room could not have been nicer and knowledgeable of all my probably silly questions I asked. . I would not hesitate to refer Peter to other of my family members and friends. This being my second purchase within 3 1/2 years at ur dealership I will be back. I really struggle to trust the service department at Perillo. They always seem to have some sort of problem with our car. We rarely have to bring it in for service and there is never anything wrong with Perillo. They always seem to have some sort of problem with our car. We rarely have to bring it in for service and there is never anything wrong with it. The most recent visit today was for a recall that should take an hour. We were still required to drop our car off early in the morning. Everything was completely fine with the car when it was dropped off. At 3:15 we received a call saying the car was ready...and, that there was a nail in the back tire. What? A Nail? How did that happen? We live literally blocks from the dealer. The tire pressure monitoring system was fine at 8:00 a.m. We were told it would cost $320 to replace the tire. We asked, can you plug the tire? She said "No, you have run flat tires and the manufacturer doesn't allow us to repair the tire. The tire needs to be replaced." We don't have run flat tires by the way. I said we would pick up the car without replacing the tire. When we picked up the car, the tire pressure monitoring system noted that the rear tire was low on air. So, we went to a local tire shop and for $15 plus a $5 tip they repaired the tire by putting in a plug. I'm not saying Perillo put the nail in the tire. I am saying it's very odd that we've had these tires on the car for a year with no issue. We go to the dealer for service which takes less than five minutes driving, and we apparently got a nail in the tire. If the nail had been in the car prior to this morning, the tire pressure monitoring system would have indicated a loss of air. WE WILL NEVER, EVER GO BCK TO PERILLO AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Find a good local BMW mechanic or go to one of the suburban dealerships who don't take advantage of you. BTW...we went to All Day Tire Shop on Division and they were absolutely wonderful and repaired the tire in less than 10 minutes! More
