I purchased a used 2015 BMW w/ 57k miles. Within 2 weeks it started acting up. I scheduled a service call to find out what's wrong. Before the service appointment the car broke down leaving my son stranded on the highway in the middle of the night. I'm told the battery was dead and needed replaced, and the alternator also needed to be replaced to a sum of just under $3,000. The tow truck cost over $100. I PAID OVER 20k for this car for my 2 children. I asked that Perillo pay the cost of my battery and tow since I had owned the car for less than 1 month. I was told NO! Perillo's not going to cover the charge. I told Mark about the Consumer Fraud Act which protects consumers like us and the U.C.C. laws which also protect us from bad businesses. MARK SCHNEIDER told me this was my fault and I should talk to my lawyer. I told him I AM a lawyer. Not only did they lose what could have been a few years of service but lost me as a first time customer. Guess I'll call my attorney as he recommended. More
A deeply hurt customer's complaint with the Perillo BMW Service Center in Chicago. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the Perillo BMW Service Center in Chicago. If I were to rate the Service Center in Chicago. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the Perillo BMW Service Center in Chicago. If I were to rate their service, it would be 0 stars because I found the service personnel to be dishonest and irresponsible. I brought my X5 in with some issues that needed addressing, but unfortunately, they were not handled with the care and honesty that I expected. Even though I paid $750 for the left rear side window replacement, I discovered inexplicable man-made scratches on the entire left side of my car on the second day after the service,which may have been caused by rough repairs. To make matters worse, the foreman named Stefan was very rude and unhelpful. He shirked responsibility for the scratches and dismissed my complaints because I had no evidence to back them up. I continued to complain for several months, but unfortunately, there was no resolution to the issue. Eventually, I tried to make a simple repair of some scratches that could be touched up at Perillo. However, during the service, my car was moved to an area that lacked effective monitoring for approximately 40 minutes. After the service was completed, I was informed that they found five new, similar scratches on the other side of my car. Even though they were very new, Perillo was trying to convince the customer that all the scratches were natural,leaving the customer feeling embarrassed and upset! I want to warn others to be careful when using this service center. It appears that your car may not be repaired and maintained responsibly, or even vandalized based on some kind of malicious intent. The service center denied and ignored the problems I found, and Stefan's attitude was very rude and disgraceful. More

I am leasing a 2020 X3 that is still under warranty. Perillo BMW refused to replace a defective key fob that had failed THREE times leaving my wife stranded each time. I took the vehicle to the service Perillo BMW refused to replace a defective key fob that had failed THREE times leaving my wife stranded each time. I took the vehicle to the service department twice, the battery was replaced, and I was told that it passed diagnostics. So I am just waiting for it to fail again. At least the service manager showed me how to access the vehicle with a dead key fob. I will not be doing business with Perillo BMW again. More
