My car is no longer under warranty, but I depend on it for my business and it is important that it runs perfectly and is dependable, so I keep it serviced regularly. This service was needed based on a check engine light that had come on, plus I noticed some fluid was leaking in my garage at home. I was able to make my appointment quickly and bring my car in at a convenient time. Brad, the service advisor had recognized me, since he had taken care of me in the past and immediately was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. Brad communicated to me when he said that he would and was very detailed when he explained what the mechanic had found to be the problem. He made sure that I was able to get my car back the next day as the mechanic needed to test the car when it was cold. This was no problem as I could take public transportation to get home and back to work. The car was cleaned when I picked it up and is running fine, so for me the experience was excellent. The friendly personal service that I feel when I come to Perillo is a plus. More

From test driving to signing the papers to learning how to open the trunk with Starting with Peter Mers, our experience at Perillo BMW was fantastic. From test driving to signing the papers to learning how to open the trunk with a swipe of my foot, Peter was a dream. He may be the least pushy car salesman ever born. We put him through the ringer with asking to test drive multiple cars, used and new. When I asked him for the breakdown on the taxes fees and including some added packages he was quick to give them to me, something we did NOT experience with other two German luxury brands. If you are looking at German luxury automobiles, Peter at Perillo should be your first and last stop. More

Great Service I brought my new BMW X3 in for a drivetrain malfunction error and worked with Alex. He called me several times throughout the day to keep me updated o I brought my new BMW X3 in for a drivetrain malfunction error and worked with Alex. He called me several times throughout the day to keep me updated on the status and diagnosis of my car. I really appreciated that he kept me posted and didn't leave me wondering for a few hours. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process of leaving my car overnight a peice of cake. The issue was resolved quickly. I'd love to work with Alex again. Being Taken Care Of My 335i convertible was in the prior week. The same problem reoccurred where the car started shaking and would hardly go and then died out with an "e My 335i convertible was in the prior week. The same problem reoccurred where the car started shaking and would hardly go and then died out with an "engine not functioning" sign on the navi screen and then a 'needs service soon' on the dash. Then I restarted the car and drove to the dealership. Hugh immediately got me a loaner (on a Friday afternoon). You kept the car for a week and replaced a sensor after replacing a power pump the week b4. I must say that Hugh is the BEST service advisor I've ever had anywhere. You're lucky to have him on your staff More
