We drove our three week old car that had a warning display about low tire pressure into the dealership late Saturday afternoon when the service department was not open. The valet, checked the tire pressure, found the nail in the tire, and added air to the tire, so we wouldn't see the warning for the rest of the weekend. More

Great Experience! Frank is the best! We were in the market for a new car. My biggest fear was having to deal with dealers. We'd stopped in at one or two previously. Frank is the best! We were in the market for a new car. My biggest fear was having to deal with dealers. We'd stopped in at one or two previously. Never got a great vibe from either one. Even Carmax and their "no pressure" wasn't particularly comfortable, especially with their short pointless test drive. Luckily as soon as I contacted Frank, he immediately made us feel like we weren't even at a car dealership. Having it narrowed down to a couple, it was time to test drive the new 2 series. There weren't many on dealer lots, so I knew I'd have to schedule something. I DealerRater to look around at some local dealers and saw that Frank had a lot of great reviews. So I emailed him directly and mentioned that I saw that he was the guy to talk to over at Perillo and that we wanted to stop in to test the 228i if he had any available. To my surprise, Frank got back to me in like 10 minutes. (This was probably 10pm or so) Wasn't expecting anything until the next morning. He said he might have one, but he'll let me know in the morning and if so, we can stop over to test it out. The next morning I followed up and he said they did just get one in, we'd be the first test drive, so come on over. We went in, and I introduced myself, and he took us right to the car and we were on our way. Had a great test drive, longer than expected, not some around the block nonsense. We told Frank we were probably a couple weeks away from actually pulling the trigger, but we sat down to do a built and price it out just to see what it would look like. He didn't pressure us at all, just said to let him know when we're ready. Turns out we were too in love to wait that long, and got back to him in I believe less than a week. Built a new car to the specs we wanted and started on the grueling wait for the car to be built and delivered. BMW lets you track your car from preproduction through delivery. You are able to keep track online, as well as through an 800 number. But often times, your salesman has more up to date info than either of those. That's where Frank becomes too accommodating to even explain. I'm not the most patient person, so I wanted to know every update basically every step of the way. Frank put up with numerous emails and got back to me almost immediately every time. I'm sure it was a bit of a pain, but he assured me that it was no problem at all. Took about 7 weeks from order to delivery. Couldn't have asked for much faster than that really. I should also mention, the manager there was able to get us an allocation to order right away, instead of having to wait around for a new one to pop up. So that saved a lot of time, and it doesn't sound like it's always so easy. I think Perillo being a larger volume dealer is helpful. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm as surprised to be saying that about buying a new car as you might be reading about it. Love the 2 series also!! More

BMW 335I service I have owned 2 BMWs and for over 10 years have always had them serviced at Perillo. My car is no longer under warranty, but I depend on it for my busi I have owned 2 BMWs and for over 10 years have always had them serviced at Perillo. My car is no longer under warranty, but I depend on it for my business and it is important that it runs perfectly and is dependable, so I keep it serviced regularly. This service was needed based on a check engine light that had come on, plus I noticed some fluid was leaking in my garage at home. I was able to make my appointment quickly and bring my car in at a convenient time. Brad, the service advisor had recognized me, since he had taken care of me in the past and immediately was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. Brad communicated to me when he said that he would and was very detailed when he explained what the mechanic had found to be the problem. He made sure that I was able to get my car back the next day as the mechanic needed to test the car when it was cold. This was no problem as I could take public transportation to get home and back to work. The car was cleaned when I picked it up and is running fine, so for me the experience was excellent. The friendly personal service that I feel when I come to Perillo is a plus. More

Easiest buying experience EVER Starting with Peter Mers, our experience at Perillo BMW was fantastic. From test driving to signing the papers to learning how to open the trunk with Starting with Peter Mers, our experience at Perillo BMW was fantastic. From test driving to signing the papers to learning how to open the trunk with a swipe of my foot, Peter was a dream. He may be the least pushy car salesman ever born. We put him through the ringer with asking to test drive multiple cars, used and new. When I asked him for the breakdown on the taxes fees and including some added packages he was quick to give them to me, something we did NOT experience with other two German luxury brands. If you are looking at German luxury automobiles, Peter at Perillo should be your first and last stop. More
