He did a great job making sure that the vehicle would meet all of my expectations when I came to pick it up, and the few items that needed additional follow-up, he promptly scheduled a service appointment to ensure that they would be completed. I purchased my slightly used 2011 BMW X5 from them in the fall of 2013 The staff at Joe Perillo has been great to work with over the past few months. I purchased my slightly used 2011 BMW X5 from them in the fall of 2013. Seth was great to work with during this process. Since then, they have serviced my car a few times to get a few minor bugs worked out. They have been very diligent about making sure my car is function properly. On my last visit, my Service Adviser was Angelo. He was friendly and helpful as usual. Thanks Angelo for taking the time to get everything right! More

Very concerned about fixing my car the right way I am pleased that each problem is dealt with and although we are dealing with mechanical difficulties that may not repeat themselves when they are bro I am pleased that each problem is dealt with and although we are dealing with mechanical difficulties that may not repeat themselves when they are brought in to be fixed, Perillo is very helpful in making me comfortable about insuring that my car is safe to drive and that the car will run perfectly once they diagnose the issue. Still the best I recently dropped my 2010 X5 off to have its 30,000 mile service. Since my service warranty had expired I was expecting a lot of work needing to be done. Alex took great care of me and when all was said and done I walked out of there with a minimal bill and a truck that was ready to go. At Perillo they hustle for you and make sure that you are kept up with any work that might need to be done ahead of time. More
