Quick stop of windshield wipers and oil I stopped in the other day just to have some new windshield wipers install and get a little oil. Emergency Service I had an issue with my car, and needed it resolved and turned around in a matter of hours. Perillo was able to do this, and do it well. Worst dealership I have ever experienced I drove over 6 hrs roundtrip and had a set appt. to check out a car and test drive it at noon., at 11am 2hrs into my drive I get a call saying the car I drove over 6 hrs roundtrip and had a set appt. to check out a car and test drive it at noon., at 11am 2hrs into my drive I get a call saying the car is in the body shop so I can't drive it but I can still come look at it. So what is the point of me setting up the apt? Then I get there and am told the car is sold then it's not sold, then it's sold again and their trying to arrange transport? So I call the GM b/c this is ridiculous one person tells me one story another tells me the opposite. GM Saleen says he will talk to his sales team and call me back in 30min with a resolution. 48 hrs later no response and no resolution. They advertise that its first come first serve, but then tell me it was sold to someone in MI but they are awaiting on payment? So it's not first come first serve, total waste of time. More
Lease 3-series from Peter Mers I can't say much about the dealership because I was in an out within 30 minutes. I would 100% do my next transaction with Peter for my next BMW. He was honest, fair and applied no pressure to the deal. Whip out a calculator and you will realize the deal is fair and straightforward. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a BMW in the area. Took care of my every concern Had a major issue on my 2010 X5 and contacted Angelo to see what I needed to do. He got me in immediately and had a loaner car ready for my wife when she arrived. He took care of everything and assured me that there would be no issue getting the repair done. They had the product in stock (oil pan replacement) and had the car completed in 2 days. Car was cleaned inside and out and service was perfect. I can't thank AJ enough for everything he has always done for me with service on all my BMWs. Thanks again! More
