It is the first time with BMW (had a number of Acura's). I live in the city so I visited Perillo and really not sure how BMW would represent their product and how expensive it would wind up being. Mark Schneider, one of the sales reps, introduced himself to me and it was a great experience from beginning to end. His level of professionalism, product knowledge, accomodating style, and low pressure sales approach made my experience exceptional. Like many, I'm a stickler with customer service and Mark was genuine. I told him what I was looking for (2015 X3 xdrive 2.8 x-line, almost fully loaded) and he had the car built for me. No money down. The car came in about a month later (as he promised) and I came in to test it out. It is a sweet vehicle (the technology is class leading) and the financing process and finance team was easy to work with. They did talk me into the bumper and ding protection package which, living in the city, is probably a good idea. It's been a few days now and I already received follow up communications to make sure everything is going well. I really don't have anything I would suggest in terms of improvements. I will see how their service department in about 10,000 miles when I'm due. I definitely recommend Mark to help you shop for your new BMW...it really is all about the people you work with and he was great. More

Not only was Alan from Perillo able to give me a great price, but he was very responsive and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns. I had a Un4gettable driving event rebate, which had expired by a month - Alan went the extra mile to contact BMW NA and arrange this rebate to be extended. Although I ended up buying from a local dealer at a slightly higher price, the overall experience with Alan from Perillo was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. More
more busy in selling less concerned about title/tax/license I am tired of calling this dealership since I bought my vehicle I live in kansas city and bought my x5 from them on 13th Sept it's been over a month a I am tired of calling this dealership since I bought my vehicle I live in kansas city and bought my x5 from them on 13th Sept it's been over a month and I have not received my paper work for title /license plate when I called at business office no body response back even their sales manager Saleem beg don't blink his eyes after vehicle is being sold left him voice mail 12 times no response my question is if this dealership is handling my paper work so I should have my registration paper ready but no and on top of that missouri department of vehicle is going to charge me penalty for delaying in my registration a piece of ADVICE TO OUT OF STATES BUYERS DONT BUY FROM THEIR YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR REGISTRATION COZ THEY EVEN DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN BUSINESS OFFICE AM I RIGHT ALEX IN FINANCE AND SALEEM BEG THE SO CALLED SALES MANAGER WITH OUT RESPONSIBLITIES More

Outstanding service I had a problem with my car recently. Called Danette Surges in the service department and everything was taken car of expeditiously and she set up a I had a problem with my car recently. She always kepte me posted on the status of my car and was easy to contact for any questions that I had. Danette is the best!!! More
