We appreciate your business, Raman. We've reviewed your file and have discovered that you did indeed have registration issues due to incomplete documentation. We had let you know your purchase on September 13th was not properly filed for registration in Missouri until you provided two missing components which you did on October 7th. At that point, we were able to complete your registration request electronically on your behalf which we informed you of. We do an incredible amount of out-of-state business and apologize your paperwork was not completed in a timely manner. Incomplete documents are to blame in this particular case; once you submitted the documents your registration request was accepted. Out of state registration isn't something we control - we work through a third party and all they need from you is correct documentation. We respect your right to feel how you do, but are sorry to hear your negative remarks about our dealership and staff. On our end, you were very pleasant to deal with and again we appreciate your business. Have a great day and keep us in mind if you have future needs.
