X5 50 i oil top off Danette was very helpful on my last visit. I really only needed a quart of oil and the oil service indicator reset. Peter responded, immediately, to a need and concern I had regarding my wheels and tires and made sure I was satisfied with his solution. He responded efficiently and effectively. Ken provided me with awesome advice, support, and service regarding my wheels and tires and fixing a scratch that was obtained, while my car was being serviced at Perillo. My car also had grease smudges left on the leather dashboard and Ken and Caesar made sure that the scratch was fixed and that my car was detailed. Ken communicated with me throughout the entire process of my car repair and detail and also supported me in remedying an issue with my loaner. Accidents happen everywhere. The response is what matters the most, to me. I'm very big on customer service. While the customer is not always right, I believe that respectful, transparent, and honest communication is huge. I feel comfortable with the team (Ken, Peter, and Caesar) that helped me address my needs and issues. Their ability to work in different parts of the business, yet collaborate around my needs to ensure satisfaction, speaks volumes about the values of Perillo. I engage is some work that incentivizes business partners with BMWs and will definitely recommend Perillo to everyone I know shopping for one. Thank you for your quality service. Great Customer Service Gets Business, Better Luck Next Time I worked with Sean at Perillo BMW briefly about a Land Rover/Range Rover Evoque. I made an appointment to see him and as I walked into the office, h I worked with Sean at Perillo BMW briefly about a Land Rover/Range Rover Evoque. I made an appointment to see him and as I walked into the office, he was typing and upon being announced, he gestured with is index finger for me to wait.....so I waited, not long, but I did think the finger was rude. He could have said that he would be with me momentarily. I did have the opportunity to test drive the Evoque and thanked him for it. I asked, while we were driving, about some of the features the Evoque offered and I received a brief answer, however, upon returning to the facility after the test drive, I was given a folded invoice sticker to read to find out about the features. We then proceeded to look at the price and he asked if I had a trade in. He looked at my car and said the most he could offer was a thousand. Upon computing the numbers, he put the percentage at 6.9 or so and I informed him that I was working with another dealer recently at Orloff and at a BMW dealer in Orland and they offered me 3.9% for the cars/suv's in which I inquired. Sean said that he doubted that he could get me at 3.9. I asked if the price could be negotiated and he indicated that they had just reduced the price recently and he doubted if his boss would agree to a lower price. I shook his hand and thanked him for his help, left the dealership and went to Orloff where the customer service was excellent (Alicia Houston) and upon arriving, Alicia had the paperwork and the car ready for me to purchase with a 3.9% APR. I did receive a follow up call from Sean that Friday after Thanksgiving, (we initially met the Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving) and he asked me if I had given the Evoque any more thought. I told him (on the speaker phone from my Evoque) I purchased it from Orloff and thanked him for his time. More
Dr. Cepican cured my curb rash I must still be getting used to my 2014 550xi, as it incurred a second case of curb rash on Thanksgiving day (totally my fault). I called Perillo the next day, dropped the car off on Monday, and it was like new again in short order. In both cases, the repairs were carried out in very short order, and I feel I was treated the way a customer should be. Ken Cepican (works in Collision) handled me both times, and I won't hesitate to go back to him when needed. Plus, I always enjoy visiting with Alan Sahagian in Sales to see the newest toys on the sales floor. More

The best car purchase experience yet. This is the 9th car buying experience I've had over my life. I typically lease and get a new car every 3 years. It is the first time with BMW (had This is the 9th car buying experience I've had over my life. I typically lease and get a new car every 3 years. It is the first time with BMW (had a number of Acura's). I live in the city so I visited Perillo and really not sure how BMW would represent their product and how expensive it would wind up being. Mark Schneider, one of the sales reps, introduced himself to me and it was a great experience from beginning to end. His level of professionalism, product knowledge, accomodating style, and low pressure sales approach made my experience exceptional. Like many, I'm a stickler with customer service and Mark was genuine. I told him what I was looking for (2015 X3 xdrive 2.8 x-line, almost fully loaded) and he had the car built for me. No money down. The car came in about a month later (as he promised) and I came in to test it out. It is a sweet vehicle (the technology is class leading) and the financing process and finance team was easy to work with. They did talk me into the bumper and ding protection package which, living in the city, is probably a good idea. It's been a few days now and I already received follow up communications to make sure everything is going well. I really don't have anything I would suggest in terms of improvements. I will see how their service department in about 10,000 miles when I'm due. I definitely recommend Mark to help you shop for your new BMW...it really is all about the people you work with and he was great. More
