During that time, I was spoiled by the way various dealerships would pamper their clients. I have to say, the people at Perillo are doing the same thing. In my limited experience of purchasing a new car this January, everyone from the sales staff, managers, service department and porters have adopted me to make sure that I receive prompt care and good service. Hopefully, living in the city with Perillo two miles away will make my transition a pleasant one for years to come! Thank you! Larry More
BMW X5 N63 Engine Customer Care Package I took my 2011 BMW X5 50i in to check to see if it was eligible for the new customer care package issued by BMW. After a few days, we found out that I took my 2011 BMW X5 50i in to check to see if it was eligible for the new customer care package issued by BMW. After a few days, we found out that it was eligible and needed to have quite a bit of work done on it. It took a while to get the parts in and over a week to do all the work. Danette was great through the whole process. She kept me informed along the way and also made sure I had a nice loaner car when I needed it. My car is running better than ever! Thanks to BMW for issuing this customer care package and Thanks Danette for the great service!!! Ben More

Fantastic! When I started my car the past Saturday, the service light regarding low coolant came on. I stopped by Perillo BWM without an appointment around 7:00 When I started my car the past Saturday, the service light regarding low coolant came on. I stopped by Perillo BWM without an appointment around 7:00 a.m. the past Monday and Angelo took care of the coolant along with having the engine oil changed (which was due) and replaced the failed motor behind the passenger side mirror. It was a pleasant experience and they also did an excelletn job in cleaning my car both inside and the outside. Fantastic! Angelo was a big help and I high recommend him and Perillo BMW to take care of your car! More

Service for Gran Turismo The bad news is that I had to take my car in for service. The good news is that I took it to Perillo. These guys are courteous, professional and genuinely care about providing customers the best possible experience. I was in a real pinch having no luck trying to find a towing service on a brutal winter day. I contacted the service manager (Israel) and he was able to make arrangements for getting the car in the shop and then Mario was able to secure a loaner so I can have a vehicle for the weekend while the car was in the shop. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Mario on other occasions and he always takes good care of my GT and me. Keep up the great work, guys! More

We've had multiple issues on several occasions with this dealership, starting with a simple service on a light that the dealership couldn't figure out to resolve. The biggest issue is with the customer service and the GM, Jay Diaz, who doesn't care about his customers. We brought our SUV in for a collision repair, not only did they return the car in worse condition, the terrible GM never returned our calls. STAY FAR AWAY! We've bought several BMW's in the past, and this will be our last due to this dealership and their poor management. More

Appointments are available almost immediately (if a loaner isn't needed), and my car was ready within 1.5 days -- on-time as promised.
