Incompetent Employees and poor quality service If I could give 0 star to this service center i would. We gave our 2 month new car over 2 weeks ago to fix the broken window. It not only took them 2 and half weeks to get it fixed,they also managed to scratch our car twice(!!!).First of all, the day before we were supposed to get the car,they called us and let us know that when they were installing the window they scratched the door so now they have to paint it. Today we picked it up and saw 2 other scratches in the back of the car. REALLY?That's how BMW provides its service?Maybe these people shouldn't be working at BMW service center. We are extremely disappointed with the service level,very poor quality of work and such incompetent employees. SHAME ON YOU! More

Started briefly with another salesperson who suddenly had to deliver another car, so we were turned over to Sebastian. We were glad. Sebastian is very professional and caring, and knows the line, and how things operate. Nothing is too much for him to do for you. He considered what our needs were, and advised us on things that we should have as first time city dwellers, while steering us away from things that would only cost us more and would be unnecessary options. The two times I've needed advice, I've texted or called Sebastian and he seemed delighted to help, always making it a must that I should get in touch. Highly recommend. More

BMW X5 N63 Engine Customer Care Package I took my 2011 BMW X5 50i in to check to see if it was eligible for the new customer care package issued by BMW. After a few days, we found out that I took my 2011 BMW X5 50i in to check to see if it was eligible for the new customer care package issued by BMW. After a few days, we found out that it was eligible and needed to have quite a bit of work done on it. It took a while to get the parts in and over a week to do all the work. Danette was great through the whole process. She kept me informed along the way and also made sure I had a nice loaner car when I needed it. My car is running better than ever!
