Literally came in wanting to buy a $95k car. Sales rep blew me off, sent me around with a “product expert” who didn’t know jack. Refused to answer questions, refused to be available. I purchased a used 2015 BMW w/ 57k miles. Within 2 weeks it started acting up. I scheduled a service call to find out what's wrong. Before the service appointment the car broke down leaving my son stranded on the highway in the middle of the night. I'm told the battery was dead and needed replaced, and the alternator also needed to be replaced to a sum of just under $3,000. The tow truck cost over $100. I PAID OVER 20k for this car for my 2 children. I asked that Perillo pay the cost of my battery and tow since I had owned the car for less than 1 month. I was told NO! Perillo's not going to cover the charge. I told Mark about the Consumer Fraud Act which protects consumers like us and the U.C.C. laws which also protect us from bad businesses. MARK SCHNEIDER told me this was my fault and I should talk to my lawyer. I told him I AM a lawyer. Not only did they lose what could have been a few years of service but lost me as a first time customer. Guess I'll call my attorney as he recommended. More
