If I could give Perillo -10stars I would. I will never buy from them again! They do not service their cars properly and then when you point out the issues (it’s a 2 day old purchase) they d I will never buy from them again! The car tires had dry rot (the service agent told me), the car wasn’t clean, the driver side door adjustment was broken and the car has a very bad vibration. My salesman didn’t support me, the sales manager was unprofessional and could not follow along in a conversation. To say he was abrasive is accurate. I will be telling everyone to stay away. This place is turn, churn and burn. Pathetic!! More

The worst dealership I have dealt with ever, we are military service family and we are deployed in Guam, USA which unfortunately one of the many struggles that we face while here, a part from food, sho military service family and we are deployed in Guam, USA which unfortunately one of the many struggles that we face while here, a part from food, shortage in supplies, struggles in shipping, among others, we don’t have many car options here, we saw the ad for a car we liked on Autotrader and sent an inquiry and then due to no response we called the dealership, from the first moment we called the agent was not nice , had a horrible attitude but we still made an offer to their used car, this was around 2am my time we suppose to get a call back and we had intermittent sleep through the night just waiting if the offer was accepted or not, in the meantime the internet sales rep sent a message so I called him back after hours spent waiting and told me his coworker was working on it , around 4 hours had passed to get an answer, I called the pre owned sales manager Sean Cueva directly at this point was after 5 hours of my offer, explained the situation, the bad responsiveness of their sales team and what we were struggling since we tried to buy a vehicle here but there was a recall on the braking system making the 2024 BMW X6 and X7 models not safe to drive so they couldn’t deliver it until they figure out the solution. Sean Cuevas said he had spoken with the General manager and they said they want to keep the car local and they were not selling state side which was odd because they advertised they could ship the car and the amazing service they have to help customers like us that are out of state, a part of doing false advertising (which I’m going to report them for this) as well as reporting them with headquarters for the bad reputation they are putting on the BMW brand, they also LIED to us … we asked some people to call from other states to see if they were able to sell the vehicle to them and they didn’t had a problem in shipping the vehicle and sealing the deal. I’m so disappointed and upset about how this dealership disrespected us and lied to us, as military family we face many struggles with every move, it’s already hard for us to leave our families, home, friends and possessions behind to have to deal with companies like this who don’t support military families, we had the money on hand, we told them we could take care of shipping, they just needed to accept or counteroffer and that was all… If you are a future or current customer reading this, and if u have a military member service in your family please think if you want to support or continue to support this Perillo Dealership knowing the way they treat military service members who are deployed far away? More
Always enjoy doing business with Perillo BMW (2nd time this year), having chosen them over other BMW dealerships as an out of State customer. Very unethical. They didn’t disclose all BMW discounts that should go to the customer and pocketed it into their fat pockets. Never going there again. ZERO STARS! Perillo is engaging in unethical business practices! They sold us this car on 11/4 & did not disclose the open safety recall until we had given them Perillo is engaging in unethical business practices! They sold us this car on 11/4 & did not disclose the open safety recall until we had given them $6k deposit and signed financing agreement with BMW financing. They put us off for 2 days promising the car would be fixed & that we couldn't take possession because BMW financing would not fund the loan because of the recall, we canceled the sale on 11/8 because they could not fix the safety recall. We're still waiting for our refund. As of today, the car is still for sale on their website & the safety recall has not been fixed. Do NOT buy this car VIN # WBAPK7C50BA821828 I have reported this to the office of the Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting my refund. More
