Bait & Switch! !! I recently visited BMW of Perillo in Chicago to view a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and my experience was unfortunately very disap !! I recently visited BMW of Perillo in Chicago to view a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by anyone, despite the showroom not appearing busy. Eventually, I located the sales representative I had been corresponding with, Louis, who showed me the vehicle and accompanied me on a test drive. During the test drive, I noticed that one of the tires had a significantly low pressure reading of 27 PSI, while the others were within normal limits. It was concerning that such a basic safety check had not been completed prior to allowing a test drive. Following the test drive, Louis and I discussed my concerns and negotiated a lower price to account for the missing jack and the potential tire issue. He confirmed with his manager that the adjusted price could be honored and assured me that I could return on Monday to finalize the purchase. When I returned to the dealership as planned, Louis was unavailable. Again I had to look for someone to offer assistance. Another salesperson helped but stated that there were no notes documenting the negotiated price. After I explained the situation, the sales manager came to speak with me. Unfortunately, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. He blatantly refused to honor the price that had been agreed upon and confirmed just two days earlier. Shortly after leaving, Louis texted to apologize for his absence and mentioned that he would discuss the matter with the general manager upon their return. However, by that point, the experience had already left a deeply negative impression. Overall, I found BMW of Perillo to be unreliable and lacking in professionalism and integrity. They did not honor their word, failed to communicate internally, and showed little regard for my time or business. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to exercise care and confirm all details in writing before dealing with this dealership. You may be better served by another dealership that prioritizes integrity and customer respect. More

Hello, I have a very good friend that recently bought a new/used GMC from you. Within a few months the AC wasn't working and that costs a lot! And then the transmission went out and now needs to be replace new/used GMC from you. Within a few months the AC wasn't working and that costs a lot! And then the transmission went out and now needs to be replaced. I'm a bit upset as money is tight nowadays and being taken advantage like this is not cool. Sold them our car and was told we’d get a check once the note was paid. It’s been 2 weeks and no check, no answer to calls. Underwhelming experience. Went to look at new 2025 vehicles. Test drove one I liked and was interested in potentially buying it. Had them look at my car for a trade in and they gave me a number that seemed very low. I pushed back and they moved it up slightly. I decided this didn’t seem right and walked away. I then went to Carmax to get a quote for my current car, the quote was double what Perillo offered. I left carmax and went to another bmw dealership near it to look at a car. I decided I like it and wanted to get it. They looked at my trade in and offered a similar amount to Carmax so I took it. Perillo clearly tried to undervalue my car to make money and the people working seemed like they could care less. It may have been who I was talking to but I was not impressed. I’ve been a loyal customer of them for service but now I will never go back and will be sure to tell people I know about my experience. More
After having a terrible 4+ hour experience at another dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Jason Neagu at Perillo BMW. After a few quick emails discussing price, I made a same-day appointment. I drove away in a new (to me) car in about an hour and a half. Jason was professional and friendly. It was the most low-pressure car-buying experience I'd ever had. In the previous emails, I explained that I did not want any extras. He respected that completely. Sebastian in the finance office was also very quick and did not pressure me into any additional add-ons. Everything was explained to me clearly and the numbers we agreed to before my arrival were the same numbers on the final purchase order. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Neagu to family and friends in the market for a car! More
