Unneeded warranties and protection plans weren't pushed on me but Jon suggested the most useful and beneficial add on's for me and my vehicle. Mike, the manager, made sure his recon crew washed it up for me before I left and was genuinely excited I was leaving happy with the vehicle I wanted.
