Not only did Brian (used car manager) answer all my questions before coming in, he spoke and made me feel value able as a customer, often times we are not felt that way. Great attitude all the while smiling! Rayshawn Jackson WAS WONDERFUL to deal with, never at anytime did I feel pressured, if I had questions, he answered approiately, explained everything in detail, all with a great attitude and a smile. I would/will highly recommend him to friends and family! He is a real people person, he is a great asset to your dealership. He also showed me the service dept. And the programs you are going to start. And Frank Hoskins was also great to deal with as well. All with a great attitude, and a smile. Moore Good afternoon Mr. Sturm, Just wanted to send you a note of thanks! I visited your dealership this afternoon to buy touch up paint for my car. I have taken great pains to park away from people so I do not get those nasty dings on the doors of my new car. Sadly....didn't work. I came in contact with two people while there.....first was Courtnell Francois, I couldn't find the parts dept. I ask him and he got up from the customer service desk and walked me to it.....now I must say that whenever I have been there and couldn't find where I was going, everyone I came in contact with WALKED me to where I needed to go, I get the feeling that is a common practice? Very impressed! Smiling and chatting all the way. Second person was Bill Tirey....at parts. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He got the touch up paint and explained how best to use it. All with a smile. I have not ever come in contact with anyone who wasn't smiling! I want you to know that I have relayed all my postive experiences with your dealership to friends and family. Your customer service is top notched! I have a question for you......do you ever have promotionals on your parts or labors? In hindsight, I should have bought a car with door moldings. They were very prompt in getting me checked in and were very friendly. The service dept. is also very clean and neat. I love the customer lounge with access to the computer, tv and drinks. Performance Toyota has serviced an older Highlander (purchased elsewhere) for a few years.
