You need new tires. I take my 4runner here for recommended service and oil changes according to my manual. Part of the service I get is the tire rotation. My last visit there I was told I would need new tires to pass inspection and they had tires I could purchase. I responded in kind that I would get back to them if and when I decided to purchase. In the meantime, a nail decided to find a home in mt tire and I took my vehicle to a tire dealer to see if it could be repaired. Service manager proceeded to tell me my tires were shot and were wearing from the outside in. He showed me the wear on each tire. Which means it has been running out of alignment for sometime. So now I have to spend $1000 on tires because this service center has not been aligning the tires when they supposedly rotate them. This is unacceptable and if this is the type of service you give to customers I feel bad for them. Also noticed my last 2 visits that the wait time is brutal and they do not wash your car as advertised anymore. Don't know if there is a new regime in the service dept but it has taken a turn for the worst. Plus there were greasy fingerprints all over my dress ver side door and tire caps were missing. Didn't complain but might as well while I am venting. More

Completely unorganized and fall back on deals I bought a 2011 F-150 used from Performace Toyota.During the test drive it had a shake in it. I was told that the shake would be fixed no big deal. Set up a appointment with service they balanced the tires and said good to go (might I mention very rude service advisor) then I get in my truck it's shaking a lot worse than before. I call, they apologize and set up for me to come in following week. The new tech says that 3 tires were out of balance and that he rebalanced the tires but after a test drive it's still shakes. He inspected the drive train and said he just didn't know how to fix the issues and recommended I go to a Ford dealer. Jessica gave me her card told me to give the dealer of my choice her card and they will pay for the repaires. ( this is after they went and got approval from the GM) I then set up my third appointment this time at Hagg Ford in Lawrenceburg IN. They called Performance Toyota and they say they have no idea who I am and that they cannot authorize anything. I then call service and talk with Abby. She contacts Kathy asking questions of the situation. Kathy said that GM or herself have no clue who authorized me coming to this dealer. Then insisted that I tell her before we do anything. Ford looks at the truck and recommended Road Force Balance. Toyota then says they will pay for that but if the truck still shakes after that it's my problem. So know I'm stuck with a 24K dollar truck that shakes over 60MPH going down the road because performance toyota would not stand behind the vehicles they sell. I am a Quality Engineer, so with that said Quality of Product is something I'm very familiar with, not only does Performance Toyota Fail in Quality of product but fails in quality of customer service. I will never return as a customer due to the horrible experience with their service. (I have spent a total of 15 hours and counting of my own time dealing with this issue) More

Over the years there has been a constantly pleasant and competent crew that helps me decide what I can work on myself and when it's time to bring my vehicle in. Safety Recall Service Made an appointment in early February to have the "safety recall" service performed on my 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid - "Toyota dealers will apply sealan Made an appointment in early February to have the "safety recall" service performed on my 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid - "Toyota dealers will apply sealant and install a cover to the air-conditioning condenser unit-housing seam located above the airbag control module." Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am on 3/24/2014. The service rep said that they needed to schedule that far in advance in order to get the parts for the recall, and that the "fix" would take most of the day to complete. So I arrived at the service center at 7:30am and was told that they would call me when the car was ready. At 9am I received a call stating that they didn't have the parts to correct the defect. I spoke to the service manager and he indicated that Toyota had not delivered the parts that were supposed to arrive over the weekend. He promised to contact me as soon as they arrived in order to re-schedule the service. A week later he called and set up a schedule at my convenience for 4/2/2014. I had the car in at 7am and it was ready by 8:30am. The service manager went out of his way to make sure that I did not become a disgruntled, dissatisfied customer. More
I went in for a service, and had some additional things I wanted looked in on while I was getting the regular service. Lo and behold, they didn't perform the regular service at all, and stated they couldn't wanted looked in on while I was getting the regular service. Lo and behold, they didn't perform the regular service at all, and stated they couldn't look into the additional things either. I basically parked my car in their shop for the duration of the day, arranged for transportation that inconvenienced other people, and got absolutely nothing out of it. A total waste of 3 people's time. More
