Patrick Bishop is an amazing service technician! Besides great vehicle service he videos his work to share with his customers. His videos are always well thought out and really a perfect way to show, not just tell, a curious customer like myself what service was performed and why! The worst experience ever I had and I will share with every Very bad, rude, nasty and lairs. Once you sign on the contract, you will start finding their lies. First of all, they sold to me my rav 4 2019 with Very bad, rude, nasty and lairs. Once you sign on the contract, you will start finding their lies. First of all, they sold to me my rav 4 2019 with extended warranty till 132000 and I have the finince manager initial on this number. Then Toyota sent to me a letter saying they cover till 96000 total and not till 132000 as they mentioned. Second, when I am negotiating my deal, I told them I need u to take off the luggage rack on the top on my sun roof. They said today is Saturday and the service are almost going to close, come back on Tuesday and we will take care of it. On Tuesday, they found their is a missing key to unlock the rack. So they had to order a new key and they told me to come back and we will do it. I came back they gave me the key but they could not unlock it, they said you will have to schedule an appointment to unlock it. I came back again and they refused to do it unless I pay for the technician. My advice to everyone, 1: do not STOP there at all and if you have to, please make sure to record everything they are saying to u and let them know that you are recording them because they have a fish memory. 2. Do not trust Anyone there, once you get in and sign the documents they will stay away from you and u will start seeing how they lied to you. No Mike no Michael no Logan not even their manager. They are busy on Facebook and Snapchat so do not bother. FYI, this is not the end with my issue and I will reach the upper management level at the corporate with the warranty document with their manager initial on their false information and copy of the email between me and Michael Bronson about the rack and the service appointment. Do not try to talk to Mike who call himself a manager of the facility, I do not know how he is a general manager of this facility, he cannot be a team lead in small retail store. Lastly, Stay away from from Toyota Performance. I swear if they are the only place to sell Toyota, I would never ever buy it again. More

They exceeded my expectations in professionalism, prompt and clear communication with NO high pressure of any kind! They were the BEST!
