We purchased our vehicle from the dealership around seven years or so ago and have been generally satisfied with the level of service we've received up until the last two years. Back in the beginning of 2 years or so ago and have been generally satisfied with the level of service we've received up until the last two years. Back in the beginning of 2022 is when the troubles really began, even if we didn't realize it yet. Took the car in for a routine service appointment and saw the vehicle parked out front when we went to pick it up. Strange... Never had them park it outside before. Upon closer inspection we found that the windshield had been cracked during the service. While the dealership would not admit fault, we were sent off for a new replacement windshield on their dime. We have been dealing with an air conditioning issue all summer. Sometimes you don't want to admit something is wrong until you can't deny it any longer. In this case, it was mid-nineties outside and we were pouring sweat despite having the AC set to the coldest it would go, on the highest fan speed. The first time, we just had the air filter replaced along with a routine service. It had been chewed, no big deal. Second time, the AC was making a loud, strange noise. We advised them to remove the empty nest that was found in the system. No evidence of rodent activity. The noise was improved, but it never was fully resolved. Roughly $200. Third time, the AC had gone out and we were hit with a migraine inducing chemical odor when the system was on. No leaks found in the system, but there was an empty nest?! As in, the nest that was supposed to be removed last time? Despite giving the go ahead to remove the nest, it was not itemized on the previous bill and we were charged AGAIN to have the nest cleared out. System was presumed fine and they recharged the AC. This was a whopping $1200, as they found a loose wheel which we assumed was an urgent fix. This may or may not have been a mistake - it wasn't caught on the video inspection and was only conveyed orally. Three weeks later, the smell never dissipated. It is, in fact, getting worse. The air is blowing tepid at best. Take it in for service appointment #4. This time, a leak is found behind the dash, and the evaporator coil is bad?? They also found.... Can you guess? AN EMPTY NEST. Why wasn't this leak caught last time? Why is there still a nest?? We are given an estimate for $3000. And our advisor has the gall to tell us that once it's repaired and the system is sealed again, there's no guarantee that another leak won't be found! Forget that. We deny any work and pick the vehicle up. Despite our protests, Performance Auto Group DOES NOT stand by their work. We have been offered no explanation as to how these issues were not caught the first, or even second, time. They have made no effort to resolve the issue, except to offer a higher bill, and maybe stuff another nest inside, who knows?! After our experiences with the service department this year, we will never bring either of our vehicles back for service. And when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, you can just bet we will never choose Performance Toyota (or any division of Performance Auto Group) ever again. This company has become a joke. Too bad, I don't get the punchline. More

We worked with Jacob Ciulla (Sales) who was amazing to work with not pushy and worked hard for us to get the price we felt comfortable paying. Logan Buriff (manager) also was amazing to work with and helped to make things right after a not so great experience with the dealership about a month before. Sid Hussain (Finance) was super patient with us. We closed our deal when the dealership was closing and Sid (as well as the other gentlemen) stayed and patiently went over and answered our MANY questions he took his time and never made us feel like we were keeping him an hour after closing time. While not a perfect experience, the manager reached out and made things right. You can tell he cares about his customers. Great price for a great car. and made things right. You can tell he cares about his customers. Great price for a great car. More

No numbers shown, just a sheet of paper we were to sign to commit to buying their car. Blindly. According to "Oz" at their store, this is how the car business works. Not for us! This experience deserves zero stars. More
I did not end up buying from this dealership. However, Rashawn and Kam were very friendly and helpful. As I am in a different state, Rashawn was kind enough to send videos of the vehicle. I appreciate the Rashawn and Kam were very friendly and helpful. As I am in a different state, Rashawn was kind enough to send videos of the vehicle. I appreciate the time taken. I ended up going with another dealer only because I had already signed the paperwork when they realized there was damage to the vehicle. They offered money back for me to keep the vehicle. Otherwise, I would have ordered from Performance. More
Worst dealership ever! I wish I could give zero stars. I was pushed by a pushy sales men to buy a 2016 Ford Fusion, after TWO DAYS!! of having this car the check engine light goes off so I bring it back to was pushed by a pushy sales men to buy a 2016 Ford Fusion, after TWO DAYS!! of having this car the check engine light goes off so I bring it back to Toyota Fairfield to be fixed who mechanics just turned the light off and said to bring it back to them if it comes back on it could be an engine problem. Not even 24hrs goes by and the engine light comes back on. I bring the car back to Toyota who mechanics still couldn’t fix it, they tell me to take it to ford dealership to be fix. After being diagnosed by ford they tell me the engine is no good it will be 20,000 dollars to fix it, they told me that because I didn’t have the car for not even close to a month the warranty will not cover it. I call back to Toyota and was in contacted with JERMAINE DIXION who is the sales manager about this problem. I asked him how will I get around to work without my car. He suggested that I call ford..lol anyways I finally was able to get him to loan me a car until Toyota could fix it I also asked JERMAINE DIXION what should happen with this first car note because I haven’t had the car it’s been in the shop longer than actually having it. JERMAINE tells me not to do anything until he can figure out what was going to happen to this ford car. So a few weeks go by and they tell me they changed spark plugs and topped fluid after being preached to about the engine. JERMAINE DIXION was not happy when I told him that it was a cheap fix and that I did not want to do business with them anymore. JERMAINE DIXION who knew this car was still at the dealership shop did not contact me about more options with this car he let it sit. Now that this car is no longer in the hands of the dealership they put it in the hands of the customers to deal with it PEOPLE AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! More
I recently purchased my Camry the 1st week of August, when I went to get in it, it had no front floor mats, and the Owners manual was missing. My salesman Garrett said someone must have taken them out an when I went to get in it, it had no front floor mats, and the Owners manual was missing. My salesman Garrett said someone must have taken them out and put them in another car. He said he looked for floor mats but couldn't find any to fit my 2017 car! And that he would be sure to order me a Owners manual! Well, that was over 2 months ago! I have not seen either item. Then 2 days after I got the car home my bluetooth started having problems. It would constantly drop calls, and it was unusable. I made an appointment, took the car up there, Joe said it needed to be updated, which after 2 hours they supposedly did. The next day the bluetooth started doing the same thing, I called and took it back again, that's when Joe blamed my phone!! He said it worked ok when one of his guys tried it! He tried to say it was Verizon's problem! Bull crap! I've had the same phone for 2 years and the bluetooth worked just fine in my other car. So now I have had to turn the bluetooth connection off my phone. Now I am paying for a feature that doesn't exist on my car. I travel for my job and I can NOT be dropping calls to my boss! It seems like as soon as they make the sale, their done with you. When I called my salesman he said "I'll check into it and get back to you" That was 3 weeks ago and no call yet! Huh! famous last words! The car itself is fine, (except the bluetooth) but now it makes me very suspicious as to what will happen if something else goes wrong. I mean how long does it take to get a simple freakin Owners manual and front floormats? And WHY can't they figure out the problem with the bluetooth! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??! I thought about trying to get in touch with Andy French, the G.M. but If I can't get a response from the salesman, I seriously doubt I'll hear from the G.M.!! One thing this has taught me, If the sales and service employees are talking, their lying! I'm very tempted to call the Better Business Bureau, and not 100% sure I won't. Yet. You would think they would want to make their customers satisfied, so they would return, but they don't seem to care. But if someone doesn't follow up with this email, I will report them and they will still have to deal with me. Their choice! More
