Not only did Brian (used car manager) answer all my questions before coming in, he spoke and made me feel value able as a customer, often times we are not felt that way. Great attitude all the while smiling! Rayshawn Jackson WAS WONDERFUL to deal with, never at anytime did I feel pressured, if I had questions, he answered approiately, explained everything in detail, all with a great attitude and a smile. I would/will highly recommend him to friends and family! He is a real people person, he is a great asset to your dealership. He also showed me the service dept. And the programs you are going to start. And Frank Hoskins was also great to deal with as well. All with a great attitude, and a smile. I have taken great pains to park away from people so I do not get those nasty dings on the doors of my new car. Sadly....didn't work. I came in contact with two people while there.....first was Courtnell Francois, I couldn't find the parts dept. I ask him and he got up from the customer service desk and walked me to it.....now I must say that whenever I have been there and couldn't find where I was going, everyone I came in contact with WALKED me to where I needed to go, I get the feeling that is a common practice? Very impressed! Smiling and chatting all the way. Second person was Bill Tirey....at parts. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He got the touch up paint and explained how best to use it. All with a smile. I have not ever come in contact with anyone who wasn't smiling! I want you to know that I have relayed all my postive experiences with your dealership to friends and family. Your customer service is top notched! I have a question for you......do you ever have promotionals on your parts or labors? In hindsight, I should have bought a car with door moldings. We drove down from Beavercreek with our granddaughter. This could have been a hand full. The three ladies helped not only with the car but also with our granddaughter. If she had waited, another couple would probably have purchased the car we wanted. As we went out to drive the car, the other couple was with another salesperson and they were getting in the car. Mary told them twice we were going to drive that car. It was the only car on the lot that we wanted. The other couple purchased a different car. A good day for Performance. I like the concept of an internet team. We had visited all three Toyota dealers in the Dayton area, visited three in the Cincinnati area and talked to two in Columbus. On the day we purchased the car, we were scheduled to visit Walker Toyota in Dayton. Your internet staff called, did their research and sent a quote for both the car we purchased and one being delivered. Because of the internet team, we cancelled the Walker visit and went straight to Performance. Because your internet team did their job, we purchased a car from Performance and we are very satisfied with our purchase. More

I must tell you about my wonderful experience at Performance Toyota. My wife and I went in on a Sunday and were in a hurry to get a truck before they closed early that day. I later realized that it did not have what I needed and thought I was stuck without a 4x4 truck. I explained this to the sales manager Mr. Jermaine Dixon and his responce was " we want you to be happy so I will work with you on this." within a few hours I found the truck I needed and all the paperwork was changed and loans approved, as well as the payment I told them I wanted to make every month stayed the same! I am so happy and very impressed with the team at Performance! Thank you guys! My wife also very impressed, is planning on trading in and working with Performance soon. I have purchased from many dealers and never have I been so impressed with the effort put forth by all the people involved in this sale. More
