The Customer service at the Performance Toyota is awesome! We worked with Rashawn Jackson with the purchase of both of our vehicles. One, a Prius which we bought 1 year ago to the day that we just bought our Rav4. Rashawn was not even supposed to be there on Sunday, but came in to work for someone else. As soon as he was called over the loud speaker, he came to our aid right away. The quality of work that Rashawn gives to his customers is over and above what is expected. He works with his clients to give them the best deal possible. He goes back and forth from client to upper management until both sides agree and are happy with the deal. He answers every question we had and if he didn't know, he would go ask. His friendliness is out of this world. I have never seen a friendlier dealer than Rashawn Jackson. I know the other guys were friendly, because when we were waiting for Rashawn, there were asking if they could help us when we were buying both our cars. The overall experience was totally what I expected. Knowing Rashawn, he would not have been any different with helping us get our 2nd vehicle as he was the first. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come to Performance Toyota and ask for Rashawn Jackson. They will never have a bad experience buying a new car. The price was great! We usually buy our vehicles, but this time Rashawn was very patient and sat there and explained the difference between buying and leasing. He leases his vehicles and said thats the only way he would do it. He explained all the pros and cons and it only made sense to lease this vehicle for 3 years. I love my car, but I feel like it was sold to me before it was ready, and although I was excited to get the car right away, the experience would have been much better had they told me about the car and the it was ready, and although I was excited to get the car right away, the experience would have been much better had they told me about the car and then said "It won't be ready for a few weeks." 1) It had a crack in the windshield. I was told all I had to do was drive the car back up there on Tuesday and get the crack fixed. I got there, and was told by the Safelite guy that it could not be repaired and a new windshield was needed. From then on I was treated like a pain in the butt. They acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing this crack, and that they were doing something special. It was promised to me! Anyway, after 2 weeks of me calling and begging, the windshield was finally fixed. Also, when I complained that I had driven 45 minutes one way on my day off for nothing, Melissa said, "Hey, there are people who drive all the way from Louisville to see me, 45 minutes is nothing." What? It wasted 1/2 of my day!!! Not only that, the bloom was off the rose. My excitement about my new car was shot. But, I am not done. My car did not come with a 2nd key or an owner's manual. I was promised that they would get the 2nd key & manual and when I took the car in on Tuesday for the windshield. Found out, that was a lie. No key, no owners manual. It was not until my husband called up and screamed that we had to AGAIN drive to the dealership to get the 2nd key programmed. Here is the kicker. I bought the car on July 9th. I still don't have the manual that I was promised. As a matter of fact, we were promised we would have it waiting for us when we got the key, but it was not there. Then, Melissa ordered it and it was to be mailed to us by August 5th. I had to call Melissa AGAIN to find out that it is on back order and I won't get it for 10 weeks or more. The sad part is that we have bought 4 cars from your dealership and we would have continued to buy if not for this experience. We also get all of our service done there too. Things are going to change from now on. Sorry, but it is true. More

We had stopped by on 7/31/11 to look at cars on the lot and Mr. Gilley came out to help us. We discussed what I was looking for and we came upon a 2006 Toyota. He let us test drive it. We accepted. It was late in the day, but Mr. Gilley said he would wait on us. Paperwork was completed with him and then on to Mr. Morgan regarding the finances. He explained the payment procedure and paperwork. Arrangements were made and I drove home that night in my new used car. We were pleased with our experience. We appreciated the friendliness and the time that was spent with us especially since it was after hours. I also appreciated Mr. Gilley's sales approach (not pushy, but informative and friendly).
