This was our second purchase from this dealership. The first time we purchased a used vehicle (a GMC)and this time we had decided to purchase new. We compared Toyota, GMC, and Buick when looking for our first time we purchased a used vehicle (a GMC)and this time we had decided to purchase new. We compared Toyota, GMC, and Buick when looking for our new SUV. We purposely went back to Performance because of the customer service we received on the first purchase. I must admit I was pretty sure I was going to buy an American car but felt I needed to give this dealership an opportunity to sell me a Toyota since I was so pleased after my first deal. It took us several trips and numerous questions and at least two test drives but today there is a new Toyota parked in my garage. They were patient, not pushy, and although I had loyalty dollars from GM, Performance was still able to offer me a better deal than the other dealers. In my many years of owning a car this is the first time I have owned anything but a GM, Ford, or Chrysler. I shopped two Ford dealers, two GMC/Buick dealers and two Chevrolet dealers before making this decesion. More

In fact, we walked away feeling great because we discovered some details that allowed us to make an informed decision on our new Highlander...we walked away very satisfield with the entire purchase, including price, service, and reliability. Jeff Rhoads was very helpful. He knew everything about the truck that I was interested in buying. When I came in to pick up the truck, he explained the features of the truck in even more detail.
