I am very satisfied with service I received from Matt. I had been to Performance Toyota previously and was not able to reach an agreement on a car I wanted with a different salesman. Dealerships appearance always is neat and clean. When arriving the receptionist was friendly and asked if had been taken care of. The Performance team was pretty busy that Friday night but Sale Assoc arriving the receptionist was friendly and asked if had been taken care of. The Performance team was pretty busy that Friday night but Sale Associate Courtnell Francois made himself available fairly quickly when he noticed we were standing around looking for assistance. At once he made us feel welcomed and asked the preliminary questions in an professional way. Once he assessed our automative need he quickly identified what we were looking for, got the keys to couple trucks and headed off in the right direction. He knew his inventory. Once at the appropriate lot location, identified a vehicle to demonstrate, he began to inform us about the Tundra we were interested in. Since I drove into the dealership with a brand new competitors truck he knew his work was cut out for himself. He explained the benefits of his product and never put down the competitors vehicle. I ask him if he would allow us to ride in the back seat of the double door Tundra to feel the experience while he drove us around the lot. No problem. He demonstrated the turning radius immediately, and almost as fast I knew this was the Truck For Me! From that point he finish his demonstration of his product knowledge which I believe to be on of the best I have heard. He handled the price negotiation well, took care of the preliminary paper work, and had us ready to meet the financial officer with no hitch (no pun intended) at all. After all that he made sure the vehicle was prepped and ready to go and made sure we knew the highlights of My New Tundra! Thanks Courtnell for a NUMBER 10 experience! More

I worked with the dealership mostly through email and they were ready to answer any questions and quick with a response. Test drove twice and both times the salesman was more then willing to help. Ben was amazingly patient and helpful. While he made it clear that he wanted to sell me a car, he wasn't pushy about it -- good thing as I don't like pushy sales people and would probably have left if I'd clear that he wanted to sell me a car, he wasn't pushy about it -- good thing as I don't like pushy sales people and would probably have left if I'd felt like he was either pushy or simply trying to make a sale without taking my wishes into account. He willingly configured a variety of options, listened to what I was saying, and came up with a good offer. He was also very good about orienting me to the car and helping me feel fairly comfortable, at a basic level, with all the bells and whistles the car has when I came down to pick the car up. More
