I was reluctant to even set foot in the Performance Toyota Dealership after hearing several unflattering comments from friends. Vicki in F&I first beat the rate from a competing dealership and then beat her own rate on the finance. Beth in Accessories changed out the tubesteps I ordered by mistake for the Toyota steps I wanted at the same price, and my cap came in early and was installed ahead of schedule. I returned to Performance because of Kelley Taylor. She is awesome to work with. She can only go as far as the dealership allows her to go when negotiating a price for a car.
