I had a very good experience buying my new car. Ralph took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I originally was looking for a Camry XLE, but ended up with the SE model which I am very happy took the time to help me find what I was looking for. Tom made the experience of purchasing my used car extremely easy. He did what most aren't willing to do, which is negotiate a price prior to my arrival at the dealership. My wife and I purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius recently. We got a fantastic deal! The overall car purchasing experience was good. Jeff Rhoads is a good salesman and a great guy! He is an automotive techno-guru! Frank Hoskins, at the time, was the used car finance rep. He was in the process of becoming the new car sales manager. He did a great job in getting us a good interest rate. We would have had a great overall experience but did have a delay in getting our finance agreement finalized. Someone from the finance admin. dept. (not Frank) asked for a couple of documents from us. We forwarded those docs within a couple of days. We thought everything was taken care of until my wife received a voicemail message at work from the buisness manager (whom has since left the company) which upset her. The message said someone had been trying to reach her and that they were still waiting for the documents that I had already emailed twice to the finance administrator (who did not confirm receipt of the docs). I discovered later that the finance administrator had been out sick and apparently had not communicated (or didn't know) what the hold-up was with the loan. My wife and I made several phone calls to both finance people but neither person returned our calls. Therefore, my wife called Jeff. He spoke with Frank. Frank spoke with someone in the finance admin. dept. to find out what the hold-up was. He then spoke with the creditor and corrected a couple of mistakes made with how the docs we supplied were handled by the finance admin. dept. We were able to finalize our loan agreement. I mailed a check (before we even received our payment book) 4 days before the 1st payment was due. Thank you Jeff and Frank! You saved the deal! We were getting frustrated to the point of returning the car. More

His mannerisms and professionalism was very apparent throughout the entire car buying process. I really appreciated the fact that he was very understanding and I never felt pressured and that meant so much to me. In the finance department all staff was extremely polite and did whatever they could to ensure I had the best rate possible.
