The customer service Jeff offered was great, he was very friendly, and he seemed to really understand my situation and appriciate my honesty. The quality of work offered to me and applied to the 2011 Corolla has been impecable. Toyota surpasses quality of other car makers. Thats why it's my choice of car maker. After driving my new Corolla home I noticed the bumps and/or potholes no longer seemed to rattle the whole car, as with my 2007 Corolla. Which tells me Jeff was telling the truth when saying the new Corolla was put together better. New technology comes with new years. My overall experience was pleasant, long, but pleasant. I feel we came to a fair agreement on the car options. Sale price of the car was not negotiated. I was also shocked that Frank and Jermaine had introduced themselves to me as well. Which, for me, brought a deep sense of "teamwork" to the table. More
I started looking at my new car at Performance Toyota because when I used the "Build a Car" tool through Consumer Reports their dealership came back with the lowest bid. My brother had dealt with them, both purchasing a new car and with their service department, and had complimentary things to say. Matt Hoffman was the person to follow up on my online inquiry. When it came time to actually look at the cars I wanted and test drive them, I looked at both a Rav4 and ScionxB. Matt showed me both cars and was very helpful. I needed a bit of time to consider such a major purchase. I looked at another Toyota dealership where I was treated rather rudely. I returned to Performance convinced that I was getting the best deal and by far the best service. The price I got on a 2011 Rav4 was so great that it allowed me to purchase that car instead of the less expensive Scion, which was what I originally thought was all I could afford. Throughout the whole process of purchasing the car and trading in my old one, I was treated with respect - no nasty haggling over price or degrading my trade-in. I feel like I got a fair deal all around. Matt was exceptionally nice and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful and seemed to be sincerely happy to be putting me into a new car. The car is great! I had researched the Rav4 and it was the car I wanted and, thanks to Performance Toyota, was able to afford. I would HIGHLY recommend Performance Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car and/or trade in an old one. They actually made buying a new car (something I had been dreading) an enjoyable experience all around. More
This is the fourth time I have bought a Toyota......three of them from your dealership. That should tell you what I think of your dealership. I felt that JOe was an excellent salesman.... I felt that JOe was an excellent salesman....as he was quick to answer my questions and when he didn't know the answer (I ask convoluted questions due to the circumstnces under which I was buying a new car)..................he took the time to go find out the answer. The car was made ready for me under twenty four hours which I hear (from friends who shop elsewhere) is really fast!! I was given a chance to drive the car prior to signing and when I came to pick it up I was given a g ood description on how to work all the "cookies." I hope that you will call me when you get the fellow who sells and installs navigation systems that do not look like "amateur nite." Again, thank you so much for a pleasurable sales experience. As for the car: I LOVE IT!!! It is everything I was looking for in a vehicle - reliable, GREAT on gas, and fun to drive. When I contacted Performance Toyota, I had already been to about 15 car dealers looking for in a vehicle - reliable, GREAT on gas, and fun to drive. When I contacted Performance Toyota, I had already been to about 15 car dealerships both in the tri-state area and Columbus. What I experienced with these dealers cannot even come close to the service and attention I received from the staff at Performance Toyota. For starters - THEY LISTENED to what I wanted and needed. That seems so obvious, but the other salespeople I had met at the other dealerships didn't do that. When I told them I wanted a hybrid 4-door car, preferably a Honda or Toyota, all they seemed interested in doing was trying to pressure me into buying a vehicle that was completely different from what I requested. To make matters worse, when I explained that I was trying to rebuild my credit they began to treat me like I was less than a person. At Performance Toyota, I felt like a valued customer. In today's world good customer service sometimes feels like a myth. My sales rep, Lauren Campbell, was extremely helpful, from the moment she first contacted me all the way up until I signed the papers and drove the car home. She spent an entire day on the telephone answering my questions and collecting the information I requested. She stayed late that night and then volunteered to come in on her day off (Wednesday) so that she could be there when I test drove the car. If that wasn't enough, she stayed with me and my boyfriend until I was able to drive away. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend actually left before she did! Jesse, the finance manager, also deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service as well. He took what I was expecting to be a stressful situation and made it fun. He explained everything regarding my loan in a relaxed and stress-free manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only will I go back to Performance Toyota the next time I need a vehicle, I've already recommended them to my friends and family. More
Bud was very good in all ways. I called. Left messages and e-mails...never returned my calls. I do still feel that it was a "quick of hand" that made me look more favorably upon the extended warranty. Then, just three days later the service soon light came on. Took it in the next morning and was told to set an appointment and come back another time. Told Josh that it was a car I just bought and that the book says do not drive it...not possible if I follow the book. He reluctantly said they'd look at it. 90 minutes later I was told it was an emissions canister and they would order it and it would be a couple days. Long story short, no one called me and I called often. Was told I had to check with the parts department to see if the part came in before I could schedule service on the canister. I later learned that the part was hung up in the issues with Japan, but my issues were never being called, my messages not being returned etc. by Josh. Eventually spoke to service manager. The experience with a used car was not good and I will not return except for warranty work on that vehicle. I had previously purchased a new Toyota there. More

Oz was amazing to work with in this new car purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable and truly listened to us to make sure we were getting the car we really wanted. I had a very good experience buying my new car. Ralph took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I originally was looking for a Camry XLE, but ended up with the SE model which I am very happy took the time to help me find what I was looking for. When I picked up my car Ralph went over everything with me and even synched my phone up to the car. I would definately recomend your dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More
Tom made the experience of purchasing my used car extremely easy. He did what most aren't willing to do, which is negotiate a price prior to my arrival at the dealership.
