Ms. Thueneman, I wanted to apologize for the experience that you received. Losing a good customer is never a good thing. I did look into the matter and here is what I came up with; Our Customer Management System time stamps everything and it keeps copies of all email communication. Your lead was submitted to us on 2/15/12 at 10:03am. At 10:18, Kelley left a message on your phone (859)581-6456. At 10:26 she emailed you an inquiry of the vehicle you were looking for. Included in that email wer the MSRP which was $25,010 and the sale price was $23,688 less the $1000 trade bonus. That brought it to $22,688 + tax/title and then your choice of incentives. On 2/18, we sent and email providing more details about the dealership and then again on 2/20. On 2/23 at 2:27 she left a message and then on 2/27 at 8:09pm she sent another email asking if there were questions that could be answered? Perhaps all of her emails went into your spam or junk file? I do not know what could have happened to them but I can assure you there is no way to trick our system. They went out but maybe they got lost in cyberspace. It doesn't happen often but it is a possibility. Again I am sorry that we lost you as a customer. I hope that you enjoy your new Toyota.
