Our new Corolla LE is just one week old but we are enjoying it tremendously. After following dealer ads for a number of months, we were drawn to Performance Toyota because of the proximity to my job enjoying it tremendously. After following dealer ads for a number of months, we were drawn to Performance Toyota because of the proximity to my job and a friend's recommendation. Rayshawn was very nice and professional, he made me feel comfortable and he was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a 2011 in early 2012 so the price Performance was asking was well below what other dealers offered us so we purchased from Rayshawn after the first test drive and left with our new car @2 hours later. The people there are friendly and the place just has a happy atmosphere, it seems like they all like each other and enjoy working together there. I hope I have the same experience with the service department in the future. Thank you Toyota and Performance!! More

We have dealt with Performance before when we bought our 2009 Camry. When we were in there for our oil change, I seen a 2012 Camry all black. and fell in love with it. So a few weeks later I had my Husban 2009 Camry. When we were in there for our oil change, I seen a 2012 Camry all black. and fell in love with it. So a few weeks later I had my Husband take a ride with me so he could see it. We met Andre Knott at that time. He was very polite and did not try to push us into anything which we really liked that. He was very understanding & went out of his way and got us the deal that we was happy with, kept our payment right where we wanted it, so thanks to Andre, I am now driving my 2012 Camry that I fell in love with. After considering my options I decided to lease,.I had decided to go with Toyota or Honda..When Ralph pulled up the 2011 Red Rav for my test drive I knew that was the SUV for me.From the beginning of the paperwork to the lease signing everyone involved made me realize I had chosen the right dealership.Even when I went back the next day to pick up the SUV,Ralph took his time to explain the many things the car had to offer..and a few of the other employees came up to congratulate me on my purchase.. We were thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Performance Toyota of Fairfield, Ohio. We could not have asked for a more informed, helpful salesperson than Lauren Skirvin. We contacted the dealership online and she promptly got back with us. She went above and beyond to find the car we were looking for at a price that couldn't be met anywhere else. She was extremely patient when we called back numerous times to ask additional questions and verify facts. We drove 150 miles one-way to purchase our Rav4 from Lauren. When we arrived, the car was prepped and ready for us even though we had not officially committed to the purchase yet. She even had a large sign which indicated the car was reserved for the Lane Family (nice personal touch). She went over EVERY DETAIL of the features on the vehicle with us and made sure we had no further questions before we left with our new car. She followed up with us after the purchase and urged us to contact her with any additional questions. It is for all of the above reasons that we rate Performance Toyota a 5 (GREAT!)in every area.
