Matt at Performance Toyota did a great job helping me with the purchase of my 2012 Camry. Different from most automobile salespeople, Matt actually listened to my questions and expectations. He then calmly answered my concerns and requests completely without the high pressure “make a decision right now” kind of attitude. I began my search via email and Matt was respectful of my desire to get pricing online without daily emails and phone calls. Most other dealerships emailed multiple times a day and even called daily to “see if I could set up an appointment.” Matt was upfront and honest and I liked his calm disposition and demeanor throughout the process. This is my fifth consecutive Camry over the past 13 years but because of so many changes in the 2012 model, Matt took a lot of time to show me all the new features. Matt was through while going over all features on my Camry, yet he moved on quickly when I did not need further explanation regarding something so he did NOT waste my time. I really hate buying cars! I find the endless “game” of making the deal both time-consuming and exhausting! My experience with Matt at Performance was different this time! More
Perfomance Toyota was very responsive to our needs and had exactly the car we were looking for. Originally, we were contacting many dealers and were getting frustrated by the lack of response from them, h had exactly the car we were looking for. Originally, we were contacting many dealers and were getting frustrated by the lack of response from them, however Kelley Taylor at Performance was responsive, knowledgable, and helpful. Performance was able to make our purchase smooth and quick, as we were in a time crunch. Kelley took time later the next week to explain the features of the car in detail to us. Performance Toyota is definitely a responsive and customer oriented dealership. More

I was an informed buyer before coming in and was not in a rush to purchase. I explained to Matt that I was not buying right away and I'm a stubborn girl who knows what she wants! He did not pressure me int rush to purchase. I explained to Matt that I was not buying right away and I'm a stubborn girl who knows what she wants! He did not pressure me into rushing into a purchase I was not ready to make and when I sold my car since I could not get the value I'd hoped for (after researching values, used car sale figures, etc.) Matt helped me make the final decisions for my purchase. I certainly appreciated the respect and kindness shown to me by Matt and the other staff involved. The least I could do was to bring in a tray of homemade cookies for them the day I took delivery to show my appreciation! I stand behind Performance Toyota and have shared with several co-workers what an excellent salesperson Matt is and suggested they deal with him! THANK YOU! More
The dealer ship answered all my questions about the new Camry and options . They found a better interest rate than my bank and saved me a lot of money! My first experience with a dealership was not very good, this one was extremely enjoyable. I was treated with respect and did not feel pressured. My wife and I were pleased with customer service and friendliness but the whole purchase process seemed to take too long. We had an appointment at 11:00 and had to leave to eat lunch at 3:00 and finall friendliness but the whole purchase process seemed to take too long. We had an appointment at 11:00 and had to leave to eat lunch at 3:00 and finally left the dealership at 5:30. This seemed long to us. We were also not sure we really got the best deal on the new car we bought. We do not buy cars often so we do not know how to barter prices. Our salesman is newer and he did a good job we hoped. More

I told him what I was looking for, he told me which vehicles fit into that category and we started looking. In a very short time I had selected two cars. I liked them both, so I went home with pamphlets and compared the two. When I came back I drove both cars, picked the one thought would make me the most happy and bought it. It was painless. I'm really enjoying driving my new car. More
