We bought a 2011 Seiana van from Mike in September of 2010. The experience we had back then was the reason we came back to Performance and asked for Mike to buy our 2012 Camry. Unfortunately, Mike went on vacation the day after they began the search for our car. RaShaun (forgive me, I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) stepped in after Mike notified him to help us. Mike, RaShaun, and Beth (who located the car) made sure we got what we wanted. Since we’ve picked up the car, all three have gone out of their way to make sure we were 100% happy. RaShaun told me to come back when I get a smart phone, and he will help me set up the phone with the bluetooth and Internet. Because of these three employees, Performance Toyota will be the first place I will recommend to family and friends who are interested in a Toyota. Thanks for a positive experience! She was very patient, detailed, responsive and transparent in all her dealings with me. Their price was very competititve. There was no hard selling. Going in, I was going to buy a Toyota Sienna. She responded to all my questions, gave me very transparent documentations among others. The process took about three weeks and she patiently stayed with me. We made a last minute switch to Odyssey after we saw the interiors and we concluded it met our needs bettert. Barb Dille went out of her way to please me. I forgot my title of the car I was trading in, and she drove 45 miles to my home to get it so I wouldn't have to make another trip. I went in not expecting to be able to get the car I wanted, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyways. I dealt with Matt, found a Scion xB that I liked and decided to go ahead and try to get it. I had some credit issues in the past, but they were able and willing to work with what I had and work hard to get me into the car I wanted. They spent hours making phone calls on my behalf. All throughout the process I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity by not only Matt, but the entire staff, from the receptionist, all the way up through the managers I dealt with. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They have a customer for life. More
