I tried to contact the dealership via internet, and someone named Joy Worthington acknowledged my internet inquiry, and stated I would be contacted. After a few days, she contacted me again and asked someone named Joy Worthington acknowledged my internet inquiry, and stated I would be contacted. After a few days, she contacted me again and asked if I had been contacted. I responded no, and still was never contacted. I went to the dealership to look at the car, and was approached by Andre Knott. He helped me in an exceptionally professional, and non aggressive manner. Each time I came to the dealership, I asked for him, and he helped us without pressuring us at all. During the buying process, I was introduced to an internet salesperson who would be taking half of the sales commission. This person, nor anyone else in the internet department had any involvement with the purchase, or provided me with any information, or even contacted me at all. Andre dealt with this in an exemplary fashion! In my opinion, Andre Knott is extremely valuable asset to performance toyota, and would recommend him to anyone. More

My husband needed a car that got excellent gas mileage so he decided on a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Working through Consumer Reports, Oz from Performance Toyota contacted us about the car we desired & gave us th he decided on a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Working through Consumer Reports, Oz from Performance Toyota contacted us about the car we desired & gave us the best quote around. He was patient with us through the whole process including the trade in of our ForeRunner. Had he not come through on the trade in, there would have been no deal. He even stayed late with us as we worked with the financing department until everything was finalized. We appreciate his customer service & we will work with him in the future. More

I would not go to any other dealership after the service, price, and finance rate I received from Performance Toyota. The staff is professional, helpful, and personable. The follow up is great. I purchased a price, and finance rate I received from Performance Toyota. The staff is professional, helpful, and personable. The follow up is great. I purchased a 2007 Corolla (2006) and a 2010 RAV4 (2012) and was received the same great service both times. The service center is just as good as well. We had narrowed our search to a Toyota Sienna LE. When we visited Performance Toyota, Ralph Mitchell went over the specs of the car and demonstrated the features we'd read about online and in the brochure we visited Performance Toyota, Ralph Mitchell went over the specs of the car and demonstrated the features we'd read about online and in the brochure. Then we went online to get bids and work on pricing. You never know if you got a great price, but Oz at Performance offered the best price and was certainly willing to flex for us to earn our business. The Finance Manager, Daniel Cosmah, offered extended warranty options, but with no pressure. Both Ralph and Oz were very knowledgeable about their product and helped make the buying experience a good one. More
