Awful Experience WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WHILE PURCHASING ANYTHING. I have had a terrible time from the beginning. When discussing the pricing of the car, I was shown WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WHILE PURCHASING ANYTHING. I have had a terrible time from the beginning. When discussing the pricing of the car, I was shown 4 different monthly rates. I was then told that purchasing was a dumb idea and that leasing a car is a better solution and would be much cheaper to buy after the lease was up. This was a blatant lie and is much cheaper during the lease but I'd pay WAY more in the end. The sales rep was awful and yet I still bought from them due to the value of my trade in they afforded me. After purchase it took up until the last day in order for my paperwork to come to me in order to get my license plates. I almost had to leave my vehicle and not drive it on a vacation due to the fact that I didn't have proper tags. I spoke to a sales rep there and he says it is very common for the company to be unorganized and take a long time for paperwork to be sent. Performance also sent an incorrect address over to the bank where my loan was through. I never received a loan payment book and had to contact the bank in order to get everything taken care of on my own. Including filling out a new application directly through the bank. I was promised a $100 gift card for visiting the store and letting them evaluate my trade. As of now, I still have not received the gift card despite numerous times being told it was on its way or that it would be hand delivered to my house. More

Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am on 3/24/2014. The service rep said that they needed to schedule that far in advance in order to get the parts for the recall, and that the "fix" would take most of the day to complete. So I arrived at the service center at 7:30am and was told that they would call me when the car was ready. At 9am I received a call stating that they didn't have the parts to correct the defect. I spoke to the service manager and he indicated that Toyota had not delivered the parts that were supposed to arrive over the weekend. He promised to contact me as soon as they arrived in order to re-schedule the service. A week later he called and set up a schedule at my convenience for 4/2/2014. I had the car in at 7am and it was ready by 8:30am. The service manager went out of his way to make sure that I did not become a disgruntled, dissatisfied customer. More
Guys stay away from this dealership... tried talking with these folks few times... they will promise you promising figures to bring you into the dealership and later harass you... I was almost near their dealership when Mario gave me a ring to say he will not be available that evening.... high time to be professional.... stay away from the pressure tactics they use to sign up for toyota finance... Go to Joseph Toyota (Colerain Av)... I walked into the dealership and they offered me the best price ..signed up for the car..took me just 25 minutes... Performance guys ..learn to respect your customers ! More
After 15 minutes walking the lot, & another 10 in the showroom, with not so much as a hi from any employee we had the receptionist page a salesman. We test drove a 2013 Rav4 with 65 miles on it. The vehicle was pulling to the left so badly that when I let go of the steering wheel it darted right into the next lane of traffic. After returning to the dealership I informed the salesman of the alignment issue to which he says “this is why I like to test drive with customers to show them how to drive our vehicles", he insisted on taking us on a drive because " we're not driving it right". After nearly hitting 2 cars he stated ' it might be a little out of alignment". After returning to the dealership the salesman calls up a service writer that proceeds to tell me “it’s not uncommon for vehicles to go out of alignment sitting on the lot". I said thank you for your time & left, I cannot say anything good about my experience. More

He is very responsive and works hard to find a good option for you - the right car at the right price. He does not "push" you to buy a more expensive car or options that you don't need. Always a pleasure to work with. This is also the dealer I take my cars for service and never had any issue. Only once I complained about not having my car washed after service, and my next service was free. Great customer service. More
I have been looking for a second car for our family, and recently saw their ad on Craigslist for a 2007 Kia Spectra. It was just what we needed, and priced great. I called out there and talked to a salesman, who tried to talk to me about financing and other vehicles despite the fact that I told him I was not interested in anything else. Anyways, we set up an appt. to view the Spectra. When we got there (after a 30 minute drive), the salesman I had spoken to was too busy with another customer to help us and so we got shuffled to someone else. We walked the lot for awhile looking for the car, and could not find it. We went back into the dealership to find out that they had sold it the night before. They tried to show us a couple of other vehicles, but they just were not what we wanted and we left, with them promising they would keep looking. Over the next few days I was checking Craigslist, still looking and came across their ad again, same Spectra, same price. I called, and spoke to the used car manager who checked into it and told me that the car was sold in JANUARY! I t's May, why is it still listed?! Apparently they use a company that posts ads for them, and they have been unable to stop it from being posted on there for some unknown reason. I am still seeing that ad posted, about 3 weeks later. This upsets me, because I wasted my time and energy going out there to get substandard customer care on a vehicle that has not even been there for months. I realize that I am not a high dollar buyer, but I felt like that impacted the service I got once I said that I was not interested in financing a more expensive vehicle but would prefer to buy outright. Went in to purchase 2008 Prius. Was told on the phone by Drew that there was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and that this car was a certified used car. When we got there, we were told that Drew did not sa Drew that there was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and that this car was a certified used car. When we got there, we were told that Drew did not say these things. It was warranted for 3 months only and that if we wanted to pay $500, we could get 9 more month's warranty. We took the Prius to our mechanic. He stated that at $15,390, it was overpriced. I told Bobby what the mechanic said and he was immediately "put off" and acted totally indifferent to us. They are phonies. He thanked us for coming in and said to get our mechanic to find us a good deal on a Prius since he knew so much about them. In 2011 we bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership, but as of today we will NEVER step foot in there again or recommend this so called dealership to anyone. More
I went in for a service, and had some additional things I wanted looked in on while I was getting the regular service. Lo and behold, they didn't perform the regular service at all, and stated they couldn't wanted looked in on while I was getting the regular service. I basically parked my car in their shop for the duration of the day, arranged for transportation that inconvenienced other people, and got absolutely nothing out of it. A total waste of 3 people's time. More
I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Avalon and felt that the customer service and professionalsim from Rayshawn Jackson and Rob Booth was excellent. Everyone at Performance was a pleasure to work with, from sales to financing to licencing. I was able to get my best price in 5 minutes over the phone. The car was ready that evening. Though I was presented with the usual additional "buying opportunities" while closing the financing, there was no uncomfortable pressure to buy any of it, everything was above board. Special kudos to the licensing department - they got things mixed up and didn't mail the paperwork I needed to get my plates in time, so the manager of the department dropped the papers off at my house that evening, 28 miles away from the dealership.
