My 4th Avalon I just purchased a new Toyota Avalon at Performance and am very pleased with the dealership, the sales person, Alexia Obermeyer and the car!!! I had to order the car due to the 2016's not being made when I began looking, told me 7-10 days for delivery and I was able to pick it up within the 7 days! This is the first time that I have been to Performance and was very pleased...I believe that I got a great price on the car, an OK price on my trade in, so overall very happy! Alexis was more knowledgeable that one could imagine a young female being about the total car...was very impressed when she was talking about torch and other engine terminology! She was also compassionate and took an interest in ME...would definitely recommend Alexia and Performance to others (just gave a co worker her card)! More
Very Bad service - but great vehicle and Sales Dept. OnAugust 29, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Performance Toyota in Fairfield, Ohio. The good news was the salesman was great and the vehicle OnAugust 29, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Performance Toyota in Fairfield, Ohio. The good news was the salesman was great and the vehicle was terrific. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product. The real problem exists with customer service. The vehicle was dirty and was presented to me at the time of purchase with a deep scratch in the hatch. I took the vehicle with a “Due Bill” to get the defect fixed at their cost. Many phone calls ensued with the end result that I got a “loaner” car on Monday, September 14th and would pick up the repaired Rav4 on Wednesday, the 16th. Upon arrival I was told to drive the loaner car into a service bay. I did that and told a customer service employee to not move it because I had my briefcase, golf clubs, and other personal effects in the car. I was told to go to the cashier, where she wanted me to “sign-off” before I had a chance to see the Rav4. I wanted to see it first and went with an associate and tried to find it. I went with him with my FOB, clicking away all around the property and could not find it. When we got back someone had moved the loaner with all my personal effects. I kinda blew up and the customer service manager came over to placate me. After a while both vehicles were found and I quickly took off before any other problem cropped up. As much as I like the Toyota I will not be back to purchase any vehicle in the future. Dan McBride More

That weekend I was in at least 7 dealer ships, looking at many different compact cars, but Alexia was by far the best sales person I dealt with. She was the perfect balance of knowledge, enthusiasm, and engagement, while remaining low pressure, and respectful of my time, plans, and decision making process. I was drawn back to your dealership and the Corolla over all the competition out there. You should be proud of your entire team, the quality product you sell, and your front line customer contacts. Worst online car dealer I've ever dealt with. I drove across the state to purchase a vehicle listed on Auto Trader. Performance Toyota listed the car wrong, advertised the car wrong, and when I ha I drove across the state to purchase a vehicle listed on Auto Trader. Drew was informative, a great listener, and very responsive through the process. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for more in a salesman. As I picked up my car and sat in the driver's seat Drew explained the various features BUT also said " keep a list of questions, call me in a week to schedule and appointment to answer your questions" Drew is al I could ask for and more in a salesman! Performance was very open about discussing options for a trade on a lease and a purchase of either a new or used car. We went into the dealer to have our lease appraised. To be honest I am not the easiest person to sell to. I have been burnt in the past by a dealer so I go into the dealer informed with rebate deals/incentives, other dealership deals/incentives and with a couple offers on the table from other dealers. I will go as far as looking at the cost for items like floor mats and price those out to have as tools to negotiate into the deal (a hundred dollars here and there makes a difference on payments and the interest you pay over the life of any term loan). I don't like the feeling that we have to go back and forth but I know that buying a car is much to do about nothing and many times comes down to what you want, what your willing to pay and their willingness to meet you in the middle or close to your budget goal. My wife and I dealt with Oz Osmanoglu who was the product specialist and who we dealt with on make and model and Jermaine Dixon who was the sales manager. I will not lie and say there wasn't a back and forth but what I will say is that the back and forth was easy and open. We stated what we wanted and they stated what they could do. We landed at the right point in price and had a deal. I have had experiences in the past and watched dealers start and come down over a 100.00 on monthly payments over the life a car. This was not like that and the conversation was very open about the details of the loan, interest rates and promotional offers. Oz was great to work with and Jermaine was very easy to deal with and talk too. I would recommend doing business with these two and the dealership in the future for anyone. I would go back and buy a car from them. More
