We love the car, but customer ser We purchased a 2015 Toyota Certified Camry with 40,000 miles from Performance Toyota on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. We love the car, but customer service apparently ends as soon as they have your check. After we signed the papers (there was no financing, so it should be a pretty quick transaction), we waited for several hours while we were being treated like "Rock Stars" as they got our car cleaned and ready for us and then we could have the keys. We waited several hours. After the dealership closed, we finally managed to track down our sales person and ask them what was going on. They hurried up and pulled our car around and switched the plates for us. The inside of the car was so dusty that we had to wipe down the dashboard and the other surfaces of the car when we got home and clean the crud out of the drink holders. Why did it take so long to get us our car if they didn't do anything to clean it. Also, we still have only one key, even though we were told several times we would be getting the "keys". We followed up the next day asking where our second key was, and we were told they would contact us on Monday, September 5, about getting our second key. Monday came and went, and no one contacted us. We e-mailed and called a couple of times that week, and we even stopped by the dealership in person twice. Apparently they cannot make a key for us, and they don't know where the second key is. We were told they would contact us on Monday, September 12, and we could come and get our second key. It's now September 14. No one from the dealership has called us or e-mailed us about getting our second key. At Performance Toyota, Customer service ends as soon as they have your check. Our next step will be to contact Toyota's corporate office, inform them of Performance Toyota's terrible customer service, and see if they can recommend a different dealership in the area that is at least somewhat competent and can get us a second key to our car. Customer Service from Performance Toyota is non-existent. If you are considering buying a car, go anywhere but here. More

She had a thorough knowledge on the product and took time to give us a detailed and through demo of the features and was prompt to answer all our queries. In this world of internet, when people point you to internet/google to figure out yourself, this was an outlier case for where the associate took time to explain every nuances of the vehicle and how as a user should approach. Really a delightful experience and felt so good of helpful and the overall willingness attitude to assist the customer. This is perfect start to a new relationship we started with performance and came back with a huge satisfaction when we drove back the vehicle home Awesome!!!!!! Not negative, but definitely a strange experience. Not necessarily a negative experience, but definitely strange and unlike the typical experience I've had at other Tier-1 Toyota dealerships. First, the CPO car I was considering had a strange Carfax that seemed to show two owners, at least one of which was potentially Performance's sister dealership, lasting a couple of months and racking up >2,000 miles. This seemed unlike any other Carfax history for a CPO I had seen and made me question the CPO process at the dealership. Second, the ad listed the car for the fewer miles, and so was overstating the value. It was probably a mistake, but again spoke to credibility. Lots of possible dealer options available, and in this case Performance seemed suspect enough to pass up what seemed on paper to be a great price. More

Between her and Tommy Dexter I was able to quickly complete the purchase with the most professional and kind service. Both individuals were so knowledgeable and well informed. They processed my purchase very efficiently with no hassles. There was absolutely no pressure and a great amount of personalized attention. Alexia Obermeyer was fantastic! I shopped quite a lot of dealerships, had well over 50 stickers in my phone and Performance Toyota was by far the most superior. I didn't even need to haggle on price, there's was so good. Alexia was supportive, never pushy and didn't show one sign of frustration when I was a pain over financing. She really make the experience great. I shopped a lot for my financing and didn't think they'd even come close to my offer. Michael shopped around and got a better rate with less fees and was able to give me some gap insurance which gives me some additional peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with my Corolla, thank you all so much! More
