We we're welcomed by a friendly, smiling, calm and NOT fast talking salesman you usually are greeted to sell you any car n quickly. He actually, listened to the fact that my son n wife was in an accident and was needing a replacement car. He went above n beyond. He didn't only take care of him. But, took care of helping his wife with a better car. I believe him to be genuine and totally caring about his job to make his customers not only extremely satisfied but life long friends. Better than expected I contacted the dealership on a Thursday morning to set up an appointment for the following Saturday. I was contacted Friday assuring me the vehicle was available and ready for me to see. I arrived on Saturday and found out the car had been sold after my sales associate had left for the night. I found a better car with better options a year newer and still paid close to what I would have for the other car. So I am very happy that it worked out the way it did otherwise I would not have gotten the chance to try a different car. More

Pretty good experience I dealt with Greg Cossman. Very easy to work with and personable. Booking an appointment, test driving, and negotiations all went smoothly. After that though, I had to wait almost three hours to see the Finance Manager and finish the paperwork. I'll grant that this was a Sunday, so they were busy, but in that case, you think there would be more than one finance person working. Other than that, I was pleased with the service at Performance. Still waiting on our second key; buy from anywhere else We purchased a 2015 Toyota Certified Camry with 40,000 miles from Performance Toyota on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. We love the car, but customer ser We purchased a 2015 Toyota Certified Camry with 40,000 miles from Performance Toyota on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. We love the car, but customer service apparently ends as soon as they have your check. After we signed the papers (there was no financing, so it should be a pretty quick transaction), we waited for several hours while we were being treated like "Rock Stars" as they got our car cleaned and ready for us and then we could have the keys. We waited several hours. After the dealership closed, we finally managed to track down our sales person and ask them what was going on. They hurried up and pulled our car around and switched the plates for us. The inside of the car was so dusty that we had to wipe down the dashboard and the other surfaces of the car when we got home and clean the crud out of the drink holders. Why did it take so long to get us our car if they didn't do anything to clean it. Also, we still have only one key, even though we were told several times we would be getting the "keys". We followed up the next day asking where our second key was, and we were told they would contact us on Monday, September 5, about getting our second key. Monday came and went, and no one contacted us. We e-mailed and called a couple of times that week, and we even stopped by the dealership in person twice. Apparently they cannot make a key for us, and they don't know where the second key is. We were told they would contact us on Monday, September 12, and we could come and get our second key. It's now September 14. No one from the dealership has called us or e-mailed us about getting our second key. At Performance Toyota, Customer service ends as soon as they have your check. Our next step will be to contact Toyota's corporate office, inform them of Performance Toyota's terrible customer service, and see if they can recommend a different dealership in the area that is at least somewhat competent and can get us a second key to our car. Customer Service from Performance Toyota is non-existent. If you are considering buying a car, go anywhere but here. More
